और पिछले महीने, अफगानिस्तान की समस्या का समाधान निकालने के लिए अमेरिका पाकिस्तान का दरवाजा फिर से खटखटाने लगा.



अब राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप पाकिस्तान के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना चाहते हैं, और वह जल्दी से जल्दी पाकिस्तान के नए शांतिप्रिय प्रधानमंत्री से मिलने की योजना बना रहे हैं.



अगर आप 1 साल पीछे जाकर वर्ष 2018 के राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के पहले ट्वीट को देखें, जिसमें राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने कहा था , कि पाकिस्तान अमेरिका के लीडर्स को मूर्ख समझता आया है.



पिछले 15 वर्षों में अमेरिका ने पाकिस्तान को 33 बिलियन डॉलर दिए, लेकिन बदले में अमेरिका को झूठ और धोखा मिला था.



लगता है एक ही वर्ष में राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप पाकिस्तान का सच पूरी तरह से भूल गए हैं, अथवा वह जल्दी से जल्दी अमेरिका के एक और नई मूर्ख लीडर बनना चाहते हैं.



पिछले वर्ष जब राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने पाकिस्तान के ऊपर ट्वीट बंब पटका था, तो हम सभी को अपेक्षा थी, कि पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ अमेरिका की रणनीति में कोई परिवर्तन आएगा.



हमारी अपेक्षाओं पर विफल होते हुए, अब राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप पाकिस्तान और तालिबान की अपेक्षाओं पर खरे उतर रहे हैं.



जैसा कि अफगानिस्तान में कहा जाता है, अमेरिका के पास घडी है, लेकिन तालिबान के पास समय है.



अगर पाकिस्तान की मदद से राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप अफगानिस्तान में शांति लाना चाहते हैं, तो हम उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देना चाहेंगे.

यहां तक कि अमेरिकी रिपब्लिकन पार्टी के एक महत्वपूर्ण senator के  अनुसार, तालिबान को बातचीत की टेबल पर लाने के लिए अब पाकिस्तान को पुरस्कार के रूप में अमेरिका ने उसके साथ फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट कर लेना चाहिए.



पहले तो हम यह सोच रहे थे, कि अमेरिका पाकिस्तान को अफगानिस्तान बेलआउट के बदले सिर्फ आईएमएफ बेलआउट दिलवाएगा, लेकिन अब तो अमेरिका में विचार इस बात पर हो रहा है, कि पाकिस्तान को फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट जैसा बड़ा पुरस्कार कैसे दिया जाए.



जब तालिबान को पता है, कि अफगानिस्तान से भाग खड़ा होने के लिए अमेरिका बेचैन है, तो क्या तालिबान अमेरिका को जीत थाली पर सजा कर  उपहार स्वरूप देगा.



अमेरिका को केवल अफगानिस्तान सम्मानजनक तरीके से छोड़ने का अवसर दिया जाने वाला है, ताकि अमेरिका भविष्य में अपनी छाती पीटता रहे, कि उसकी किसी भी युद्ध में पराजय नहीं हुई है.



लेकिन सवाल यह खड़ा होता है, यदि अफगानिस्तान से पलायन अफगानिस्तान युद्ध का अंत था, तो यह युद्ध 17 वर्षों तक क्यों लड़ा गया.



अगर सत्ता तालिबान के हाथों में ही पूरी तरह से सौंपनी थी, तो अमेरिका अफगानिस्तान  में इतने लंबे समय तक क्यों टिका रहा.



आप तो जानते हैं, अमेरिका अफगानिस्तान में पाकिस्तान के मौत के जाल में फंसा हुआ है. अमेरिका के पास बचकर निकलने के अलावा कोई और विकल्प नहीं है, नहीं तो वह खून बहता रहेगा और 1 दिन मर जाएगा.



इसलिए अपने कार्यकाल के अंतिम 2 वर्षों के दौरान राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप पाकिस्तान का तुष्टिकरण करने की कोशिश करते रहेंगे. ताकि उन्हें अफगानिस्तान बेलआउट मिल जाए.



1 साल के दौरान, अमेरिकी प्रशासन की पाकिस्तान रणनीति में जो परिवर्तन आया है, वह सिद्ध करता है, पाकिस्तान के लोग सही हैं, जब वह यह कहते हैं, कि अफगानिस्तान में अपनी दुर्गति के लिए अमेरिका खुद जिम्मेदार हैं.



आप ही बताइए, अगर कोई बीमार व्यक्ति उसी डॉक्टर के पास इलाज कराने जाता है, जिसने उसे रोगी बनाया है. तो क्या आप उस बीमार व्यक्ति को बुद्धिमान कहेंगे.

अगर आपके पास संसाधन है, और आप लंबे समय तक लड़ते रहते हैं, तो लंबे समय तक चली लड़ाई में आप की जीत निश्चित है.



चाहे अमेरिकी हो या हम भारतीय, हम केवल आज के बारे में सोचते हैं, लेकिन पाकिस्तानी लोग अगले हजारों वर्षों के लिए रणनीति तैयार करते हैं.

अफगानिस्तान में होने वाली इस दूसरी सबसे बड़ी जीत से , भारत का हजार घाव से खून बहाने की रणनीति मैं पाकिस्तान का विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत हो जाएगा.



हमारे यहां कि मीडिया को इस बात में कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं है, कि अफगानिस्तान में क्या हो रहा है. जब भारत तक आग पहुंचेगी, तभी वह कुआं खोदने के लिए निकलेंगे.

As we have discussed in the past that America has been desperately looking for Afghanistan bailout.



Last month President Trump has written letter to Prime Minister Imran Khan to seek  Pakistani help in bringing the Taliban to the negotiating table to end the Afghan war.



Interestingly after next two months,second longest War in Afghanistan will defeat Vietnam war to become the longest war in american history.



Officially, America has never been forced to surrender to another nation. But it can be argued that America has not won Vietnam war after eventual withdrawal.



Now, please don't expect that Americans will concede the defeat even after withdrawing From Afghanistan.



As they say, greatest wars are not lost in the battlefield, but at the home.



American public has been left with no interest in war. Perhaps they need another big shock to wake up.

That's why Last and current President have promised complete troops withdrawal from Afghanistan. you see, priority is not to win Afghan war but to end it.



In the first two years of his presidency, President trump tried and failed to make any progress in Afghanistan using anti Pakistan rhetoric alone without any change in strategy on the ground.



last month America has fallen again at the door of Pakistan to get the solution of its afghan problem.



President Trump now wants great relationship with Pakistan and looking to meet new Leadership of Pakistan very soon.





if you go back to President Trump's first tweet of year 2018, in which president trump said that Pakistani thought of american leaders as fools.



America gave Pakistan 33 Billion Dollars in last 15 years and Pakistan gave america only lies and deceit.



Now, just in one year President trump has forgotten all of that. or he is perhaps ready to become another fooled American leader.



When president trump  blasted the tweet bomb on Pakistan, many of us have expected change in American policy towards Pakistan.



Failing on our expectations, President Trump has certainly come up to the expectation of Pakistan and Taliban.



As they say, Americans have watches, but we have time.



Now, Trump wants Pakistan to help bring Peace in Afghanistan. we wish him good luck.



In fact, even after concluding last talks with Americans in UAE, Taliban is not ready to engage with Afghan government.



For them, its illegitimate client regime. If Taliban doesn't accept the existence of Afghan government now, will they share the power with the leadership of current afghan government, when Americans run away from Afghanistan.



The answer is clear No. The question remains, does president Trump not realize this danger?




In fact, one republican senator has proposed that America should offer Free trade agreement to Pakistan in return of Pakistan's help to bring Taliban to peace table.



Earlier we were thinking about America helping Pakistan get IMF bailout, now America is even thinking about offering free trade agreement to Pakistan in order to get Afghanistan bailout.



When Pakistan and Taliban know that Americans are so disparate to leave Afghanistan, will they let Americans win Afghan war.

All they will offer is graceful exit from Afghanistan, and let American keep on thump their chests, that they have not lost any war in history.



But the question is, if graceful exit from Afghanistan was the end result, why Americans have waited for 17 long years.



If they were to return the power to Taliban, why they stayed there for so long.



As you know, its Pakistani death trap, America has no option but to come out of it, else it will continue to bleed and die one day.



Therefore in the last two years of his presidency, he will appease Pakistan to get Afghanistan bailout. 



180 degree change in the policy of current administration towards Pakistan in just one year, confirms, that Pakistan is correct that American should blame themselves for the current stalemate in Afghanistan.



If a patient is seeking cure from a doctor, despite being fully aware that the same doctor has made him sick.  Would you call such patient a wise one?



Lets face the reality, American will run away from Afghanistan, its just matter of time. Now, it depends besides IMF bailout, what else America has to give to Pakistan to ensure shameful exit from Afghanistan.



Pakistan has mastered the strategy to win the war of attrition. They rightly say, No body can defeat you, until you surrender.

If you have resources and you can persist, you will win long drawn war.



Be it Americans or Indians, we think only about today, but Pakistan make conspiracy for next 1000 years.



When Soviet left Afghanistan, terrorism arrived in Kashmir, we must be ready to see spike in terrorism push against India from Pakistani side after they conclusively defeat another great power in Afghanistan.



This win in Afghanistan, will make Pakistan even more committed toward pursuing its war of attrition or strategy of bleed by thousand cuts against India.



Unfortunately, There is no interest in Indian media about what is now unfolding in Afghanistan, Perhaps when the fire will reach India, they will wake up.
