कुछ दिनों पहले, आईएमएफ ने इस तरह की खबरों का खंडन किया था, कि उसके अनुसार घमंडी पाकिस्तानी वित्त मंत्री मुंह उठाकर मीटिंग अटेंड करने चले आते हैं.

आप तो जानते हैं, बिना आग के धुआं नहीं उठता हैं. चलिए छोड़ते हैं, कि किसने क्या कहा.

जब शुरुआती चरणों की बातचीत के बाद पाकिस्तान को आईएमएफ का बेलआउट नसीब नहीं हुआ. तो जनवरी महीने में आईएमएफ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल की पाकिस्तान यात्रा के दौरान पाकिस्तान को 22 वां बेलआउट मिलने की उम्मीद थी.

अब चूंकि पाकिस्तान के वित्त मंत्री के अनुसार, पाकिस्तान को आईएमएफ बेलआउट की जरूरत ही नहीं है. शायद ऊपर वाले को ही पता हो, कि अब IMF का प्रतिनिधिमंडल पाकिस्तान आएगा या नहीं.

आईएमएफ बेलआउट की जगह, अब 23 जनवरी को पाकिस्तान में मिनी बजट पेश किया जाएगा. और पिछले वर्षों की तरह अप्रैल महीने में अगले वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए पूरा बजट पेश किया जाएगा.

पूरे वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए बजट पेश करने के 3 महीने पहले इस मिनी बजट को लाने का क्या मतलब होता है.

साधारण से शब्दों में, आईएमएफ के प्रोग्राम की कठोर शर्तों को मानने के बजाय, पाकिस्तान इस मिनी बजट के माध्यम से घरेलू नुस्खे का इस्तेमाल करते हुए अपनी आर्थिक तंगहाली का इलाज निकालेगा.

आप पाकिस्तान की तुलना उस बीमार से कर सकते हैं, जिसे गुर्दे की बीमारी हो. और जब वह डॉक्टर के पास जाता है, तो डॉक्टर उससे शराब पीने से मना करते हैं.

डॉक्टर की सलाह मानना तो छोड़िए, वह रात को दारू पीने के बाद सुबह हैंगओवर को कैसे मिटाया जाए, इसके घरेलू नुस्खे अपनाने लगता है.

अब आप ही बताइए, ऐसे बीमार की गुर्दे की बीमारी ठीक होगी क्या?

बात यहां पर सीधी है, अपनी समस्याओं का और बीमारियों का निदान करने में पाकिस्तान की कोई रुचि नहीं है. इस मिनी बजट को भूल जाइए, अप्रैल महीने में पेश होने वाले पूरे बजट को देख लेना, पिछले वर्षों की तरह फिर से पाकिस्तान के रक्षा बजट को बढ़ा दिया जाएगा.

यहां पर हम ऐसे देश की बातचीत कर रहे हैं, जिसके लिए अपनी खुशहाली से ज्यादा भारत की बर्बादी महत्वपूर्ण है.

अपने देश पाकिस्तान में गरीबी मिटाने से ज्यादा भारत में इस्लाम की रक्षा करना ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है.

आप तो जानते हैं, जब तक चीन से नगद पैसा आता रहेगा, तब तक चीन के शिनजियांग में इस्लाम खतरे में कभी नहीं पड़ेगा.

अगर आप पाकिस्तानी मीडिया को सुनते हो, तो वह हमेशा पॉलीटिकल क्लास को गालियां देते रहते हैं, लेकिन उनमें इतनी हिम्मत नहीं है, कि वह मिलिट्री क्लास के खिलाफ सवाल कर पाए.

पिछले 70 वर्षों में अधिकतर समय अवधि में पाकिस्तान पर सेना का शासन रहा है, तो 70 वर्षों में आईएमएफ से 21 बेलआउट लेने का जिम्मेदार केवल राजनीतिक नेताओं को क्यों ठहराया जाता है?

अब आप इस बात को देखिए, 8 बिलियन डॉलर का आईएमएफ बेलआउट लेने के लिए रखी जाने वाली कठोर शर्तों के बारे में पूरा पाकिस्तान चिंतित है.

लेकिन कोई नहीं पूछता, कि आखिर किन आसान शर्तों पर सऊदी अरब यूएई और चीन पाकिस्तान को नगद पैसा उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं?

क्या यह मित्र देश पाकिस्तान को दान में या भीख में पैसे दे रहे हैं?

जैसा कि हमने पहले भी चर्चा की है, पाकिस्तान को सिर्फ पैसे से मतलब है, पैसा कहां से आ रहा है, इससे नहीं.

पाकिस्तान आईएमएफ से 8 बिलियन डॉलर का बेलआउट प्राप्त करने की कोशिश कर रहा था. क्योंकि उसे सऊदी अरब से नगद 3 बिलियन डॉलर, UAE से नगद 3 बिलियन डॉलर और चीन से 2 बिलियन डॉलर नगद में मिल गए हैं. इस प्रकार से कुल मिलाकर 8 बिलियन डॉलर का जुगाड़ हो गया है.

अब आप ही बताइए, आईएमएफ की कड़ी शर्तों को मानने की जरूरत ही क्या है, जब जिंदा रहने के लिए जरूरी पैसे का इंतजाम हो गया है.

अगर आपने नोटिस किया हो, पाकिस्तान एक नंबर का स्वार्थी देश है. आईएमएफ का बेलआउट प्राप्त करने के लिए उसने चीन के कर्जे की डिटेल तो आईएमएफ को सौंप दी. अब यह डिटेल सही थी या गलत वह एक अलग विषय है.

लेकिन जब आईएमएफ ने पावर सेक्टर में कर्जे की समस्या और जरूरी आर्थिक सुधार करने वाली शर्तें रखी. तो पाकिस्तान बातचीत से ही पीछे हट गया.

 यहां पर एक ऐसा देश है, जिसे अपने आर्थिक सुधार कार्यक्रमों में कोई रुचि नहीं है, वह तो केवल भारत की आर्थिक बर्बादी का सपना देखता है.

कोई बात नहीं, जब यह 8 बिलियन डॉलर जल चुके होंगे, तो पाकिस्तान फिर से IMF से बातचीत चालू कर देगा.

पाकिस्तान के लिए आर्थिक प्रगति करने का तरीका बहुत सिंपल है. कहीं से भी किसी भी प्रकार से पैसों का जुगाड़ कर लिया जाए, और कुछ वर्षों के लिए उस पैसे को जलाकर प्रगति करी जाए, और जब वह पैसा खत्म हो जाए, तो फिर से पुराने साइकिल को एक बार फिर रिपीट कर दिया जाये . लेकिन इसी बीच हर साल रक्षा बजट को जरूर बढ़ते रहना चाहिए.

अगर कोई देश पैसा देने को तैयार ना हो रहा हो, तो पाकिस्तान स्मार्टली कह देता है, कि अगर हम नीचे गिरे, तो परमाणु हथियार आतंकवादियों के हाथों लग जायेंगे.

और कुछ अन्य देशों से पैसे लेने के लिए यह कहा जाता है, कि आप हमारे परमाणु हथियारों को आज से अपना मान सकते हैं.

दोनों ही तरीकों में यह पाकिस्तान का न्यूक्लियर ब्लैकमेल है. जब पाकिस्तान 21 बेलआउट लेने के बाद आईएमएफ को गालियां दे सकता है. तो क्या आपको लगता है, कि पाकिस्तान सऊदी अरब यूएई और चीन का एहसान लौटाएगा,

दुनिया भर में विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, परमाणु बम शांति को प्राप्त करने के लिए एक राजनीतिक हथियार हैं, लेकिन शातिर पाकिस्तान ने दुनिया को दिखाया है, की परमाणु बम बेलआउट प्राप्त करने का एक आर्थिक हथियार भी हो सकता है.

After having multiple rounds of discussion with IMF, Pakistani Finance Minister has realized that they don't need IMF Bailout for now.



Few days ago, it was denied by IMF that it has said that Arrogant Pakistani Finance Minister comes in the meeting without preparation.



But there is no smoke without fire. anyways, lets move ahead of who said what.



After first round of talks with IMF didn't yield any result, Pakistan was hoping to get 22nd IMF bailout by 15th January and for that IMF delegation was to visit Pakistan.



Now that Pakistani Finance Minister has said that they are not looking for IMF bailout, only gods know if IMF delegation is going to arrive in Pakistan anytime soon or not.



Rather than IMF bailout, Pakistan will get mini budget on 23 January. Similar to last year's budget, In April Pakistan government was to present budget for next financial year.



how much sense it makes for Pakistan government to present mini budget 3 months before full fledged budget.



In Simple words, Rather than accepting the stringent conditions of IMF program, this Mini budget is going to be self prepared plan to with stand the economic crisis of Pakistan.



You can compare Pakistan with a patient, who goes to doctor for treatment of liver disease. But doctor asks him to stop drinking liquor.



Rather than following doctors advice, the patient decides to adopt home made solutions for curing the hangover.



Now, you tell, will that patient be cured of liver disease?



The point is simple, Pakistan is not even interested in fixing its problems. forget this mini budget, in full budget, you can again see jump in Pakistan's defense budget.



Here is a country, for which destruction of India is more important than its own prosperity.



Protection of Islam in India is more important than elimination of poverty in Pakistan.



You know, As long as money keeps flowing from China, Islam will never be in danger in Xinjiang.





If you watch Pakistani media, they keep on abusing their political class, but none has guts to raise question mark on the military class.



Needless to say,  out of last 70 years, majority of time Pakistan's military has been in full power. then how come for 21 IMF bailouts in last 70 years, only political leaders are blamed?



Now consider this, every one in Pakistan has been worried about stringent IMF condition for 8 Billion Dollar bailout, but no body cares to ask about the conditions at which Saudia Arabia, UAE and China have been providing hard cash to Pakistan.



Are these friendly countries providing donation or beggary to Pakistan?



As we discussed in the Past, Pakistan thinks only about Money not about from where its coming.



Pakistan was expecting 8 Billion Dollar support from IMF, but it got hard cash 3 billion from Saudi Arabia, 3 Billion from UAE and 2 Billion from China. Thus total is 8 Billion Dollar.



You tell, What is the need to accept stringent IMF conditions now, when the required money has already arrived.





If you have noticed, the selfish character of Pakistan, In order to get IMF bailout, it was ready to share Chinese loan detail with IMF.  whether details were True or false, that's different matter.



But when IMF condition asks about fixing its domestic causes of debt in power sectors and about bringing economic reforms, Pakistan backed out.



Here is a country, which is least interested in economic reform, for it the economic destruction of India is more important.



Anyways, Once Pakistan will have burnt this 8 billion dollars, it will again start discussion with IMF sooner or later.



Because Pakistan's formula of economic growth is simple, somehow borrow money from some where, spend that money to create artificial growth for few years, and once the money is burnt out, against start the same cycle, and keep raising defense budget each year.



If other countries don't give money, Pakistan smartly creates impression that if nuclear powered Pakistan fails, nuclear bombs will land in the hands of terrorists.


Or just give us money and you can consider our nuclear weapons as your own.



Both ways, This is nothing but Pakistani nuclear blackmail. If Pakistan can abuse IMF even after taking its 21 bailouts.
