Last Saturday in meeting with representatives of eight islamic associations in China, a five year plan is passed to sinicize Islam to make it compatible with socialism and to improve their following of Communist Party's leadership.



Agreement has been reached on the basic outline of this policy for Islamic sinisization for the next five year. This outline's content will soon be  released.



As per this outline, specific measures will be implemented. like holding lectures, providing training on socialist core values, laws and traditional culture.



Now special books will be used in the mosques in China to help Muslims achieve  better understanding of Islamic sinisization.



The basic question is what is sinisization. This is basically a type of nationalism, which aims at strengthening of Chinese identity among Islamic population.



This Islamic sinisization will help in developing shared  culture and values and pride in being the citizen of china.



In simple words, after this five year plans, Muslims in China will consider them first Chinese then Muslim.



This considered as China's most practical and innovative way of governing religion so that Muslims don't remain limited to Islam but start following common Chinese culture and practices.



Now, consider this scenario, what would have happened in India, if government of India had tried to indianize islam. or if American government had tried to Americanize islam. You would have seen huge song and dance among liberal media across the world. But when China is doing it, all have gone in deaf and blind mode.



In fact, last month Pakistan has defended its all weather friend china for detaining million Chinese, only because they were Muslims. As per Pakistan, foreign media is spreading false information against China.





But lets be clear, This time news about  this five year policy of Islamic sinisization  is published in Chinese news paper Global Times.



You see, this concept of sinisization of Islam has been brought forward by Chinese president Xi Jinping in the year 2015, but no one has cared to discuss about it. now the implementation has also started.

But liberal media, which calls for non interference of state in the matte of religion will now choose to either be silent or look elsewhere.



Our Muslim viewers keep abusing America, but we have not seen as single Muslim viewer making strong statement against China.  Do Muslims worldwide don't consider brother Muslims in China as Muslim?



You tell, On social media, have you found any Indian Muslim asking for boycotting Chinese goods for inhuman treatments of Muslims in China?



Whether Chinese experiment to sinicize Islam would be success or failure, Time will be able to tell us. but if you look at Indian system, Supreme Court of India has given clear verdict against Triple Talaq, but Indian parliamentary system has miserably failed to make a law against it.



Leave aside attempt to govern a religion or Uniform civil code, In India, our political parties are more interested in their vote bank rather than stopping proven illegal practice.



Few days ago, Pakistan Prime Minister was ready to teach India about how to treat minorities.



First of all, he should learn to whom he was referring to as minorities are in reality India's second largest majority community.



Moreover, if he has so much knowledge to teach about treatment of Minorities, he would do great service to Islam, if he can teach some lesson to his dear friend Xi Jinping.



Now on wards, you can observe behavior of Indian media, they will try their level best to suppress this news of China trying to govern Islam religion.



In fact if you notice, Indian media has already been running Chinese propaganda to make Indian public believe that India China relationship has improved a lot after wuhan meeting of leaders of two countries.



We don't know, which world Indian media lives, besides some nice statements, there is nothing substantial on ground to suggest that China India relationship has improved indeed.



You can go to Indian commerce ministry website, While we hear sweet sounding words from Chinese sides, Indian trade deficit with China continue to rise.



Thanks to this Indian trade deficit, China is getting billions of dollars from India to fund CPEC and its string of pearls against India.



You see, China is digging Indian grave with the money paid by smart Indians. While all this is happening, Indian media and government are happy to hear love talk from China.



Anyways, returning to sinisization of Islam, its Chinese innovative way to build national culture among all religions. In fact, Islam is not alone here, China is governing other religions as well.



If nationalist behavior emerges among the Chinese people at the end of this five year plan, its a welcome step and other secular democratic countries must learn from it.



Secular democratic government may learn from Chinese experiment of sinisization , but bigger question is, will fake secular liberal expert learn anything from it?
