कल अमेरिका और चीन के बीच दूसरे चरण की Trade टॉक समाप्त हो गई. जिसमें ऐसा कहा जा रहा है, की बातचीत में बहुत प्रगति हुई है.
इस प्रगति में चीन की तरफ से कमिटमेंट शामिल है, जिसके अंतर्गत चीन अमेरिका से हर रोज 5 मिलीयन टन सोयाबीन खरीदेगा.
इसके अलावा चीन भविष्य में अमेरिका की टेक्नोलॉजी की चोरी रोकने के लिए जरूरी कानून भी बनाएगा.
अब तीसरे चरण की बातचीत के लिए अमेरिकी प्रतिनिधिमंडल चीन की यात्रा पर जल्दी ही जाएगा.
अगर कई चरणों की बातचीत के बावजूद अमेरिका और चीन किसी व्यापक trade deal के निष्कर्ष पर नहीं पहुंचे, तो दो संभावनाएं हो सकती हैं.
पहेली संभावना यह है, की 1 मार्च से अमेरिका चीन से आने वाले पुरे माल के ऊपर आयात शुल्क ठोक देगा.
दूसरी संभावना यह है, अमेरिका चीन के व्यापारिक युद्ध के दौरान लगा हुआ युद्ध विराम 90 दिनों से और अधिक बढ़ा दिया जाएगा. ताकि अमेरिका और चीन शांति से बैठ कर बातचीत करते रहे.
जैसी स्थिति आज दिखाई दे रही है, इस बात की संभावना बहुत अधिक है, कि अमेरिका और चीन जल्दी ही ट्रेड डील के निष्कर्ष पर पहुंच जाएंगे.
लेकिन छोटा सा सवाल यह खड़ा होता है, अमेरिका और चीन के बीच व्यापारिक issues का समाधान अगर सिर्फ 90 दिनों की बातचीत के दौरान निकाला जा सकता था, तो इस समस्या का समाधान पिछले 20 वर्षों में क्यों नहीं किया गया.
चीन के खिलाफ अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति ने जो व्यापारिक युद्ध छेड़ा, उसके कारण कम से कम चीन बातचीत की टेबल पर तो बैठने के लिए तैयार हो गया.
लेकिन यह अपेक्षा करना पूरी तरह से नादानी होगी, कि चीन अमेरिका के साथ किसी भी ट्रेड डील का सम्मान करेगा.
वैसे भी, झूठे और मक्कार लोगों के लिए डील करना बहुत आसान होता है. क्योंकि वह सुविधा के अनुसार उसे कभी भी तोड़ सकते हैं.
अमेरिका और चीन के बीच जल्द ही होने वाली इस बहुत बड़ी ट्रेड डील का भविष्य जानने के लिए, आपको इतिहास की किताबें पढ़ने की जरूरत बिल्कुल भी नहीं है.
अभी 3 साल पहले की बात है, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ओबामा के साथ ऐतिहासिक शिखर सम्मेलन के बाद, चीन के राजा ने पूरी दुनिया से प्रॉमिस किया था, कि चीन दक्षिण चीन सागर में द्वीपों पर सैन्य उपकरणों को नहीं लगाएगा.
और साउथ चाइना सी में चीन जो भी कर रहा है, वह शांतिपूर्ण उद्देश्यों के लिए है. और चीन किसी भी अन्य देश को ना तो टारगेट बनाएगा, और ना ही इसका किसी भी अन्य देश पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ेगा.
उस समय चीन के राष्ट्रपति के द्वारा दिए गए इस वचन को राष्ट्रपति ओबामा की एक बड़ी डिप्लोमेटिक success माना गया था.
आज हम में से हर एक व्यक्ति को दक्षिण चीन सागर की रियलिटी पता है.
पिछले 3 सालों के दौरान अमेरिकी अपनी मोल भाव करने की शक्ति का गर्व महसूस कर रहे थे, तो दूसरी ओर चीन बड़ी तेज आई के साथ साउथ चाइना सी में आर्टिफिशियल आईलैंड का विकास कर रहा था, और उसने वहां पर anti ship और surface to air missiles भी लगा दी है.
दुर्भाग्यवश समय पीछे कभी नहीं लौटता है, अब दुनिया में ऐसी कोई भी शक्ति नहीं है, जो दक्षिण चीन सागर के बीचो बीच चीन के द्वारा बनाए गए मिलिट्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को नष्ट कर सके.
जहां तक अमेरिकी फ्रीडम ऑफ नेवीगेशन ऑपरेशन का सवाल है, वह हारे हुए साउथ चाइना सी की रक्षा करने का एक असफल प्रयास है.
अब तो ऐसा लगता है, राष्ट्रपति ओबामा को मूर्ख बताने के बाद, अब राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप एक नए मेड इन चाइना Fool बनने के लिए तैयार हो चुके हैं.
जहां तक चीन ने जो अमेरिकी सोयाबीन खरीदने का वादा किया है, अमेरिका को शर्म आना चाहिए, कि वह भविष्य में कहां जाना चाहता है. उसे हाई टेक्नोलॉजी गुड्स के निर्यात के क्षेत्र में dominate करना है, अथवा रॉ मैटेरियल के निर्यात में.
दुख देने वाली बात यह है, चाहे अमेरिका हो अथवा चाहे इंडिया हो, दोनों ही देशों के पास भूतकाल से सीखने का समय नहीं है.
आजकल हमारे देश में बड़ा शोर मचा हुआ है, कि भारत में नौकरियों का अभाव है.
और हमारी प्यारी मीडिया इसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को टारगेट कर रही है.
उन्हें मोदी पर दोष धरने का पूरा हक है, उन्हें सरकार से भी सवाल पूछना चाहिए. लेकिन छोटा सा सवाल यह खड़ा होता है, कि चीन को टारगेट करने से उन्हें कौन रोक रहा है.
आखिर कब तक हम भारतीय बिना भारत में सामान का उत्पादन किए चीन का सस्ता माल खरीदते रहेंगे.
मीडिया तो सिर्फ मोदी को चुनाव में हराना चाहती है, लेकिन इससे क्या हमारे युवा लोग नौकरियां जीत जाएंगे.
मीडिया को पीछे छोड़ दीजिए, हमारी विपक्षी पार्टियों को तो चीन पर प्यार आता है. यह बात समझ में आती है, भगवान शिव के कैलाश मानसरोवर के दर्शन करने के पहले, हमारे सम्माननीय रफेल गांधी ने चीन के मंत्रियों के दर्शन करना जरूरी समझा.
उनके अनुसार, चीनी मंत्रियों से मुलाकात करके वह भारत में नौकरियों का उत्पादन करने की कला सीखना चाहते थे. अब आप ही देख लीजिये , रफेल गांधीजी उस देश से नौकरियां उत्पादन की कला सीखना चाह रहे हैं, जिसने हमारे देश में नौकरियां नष्ट कर दी हैं.
साथ ही अगर चीन से उन्हें इतना महान ज्ञान प्राप्त करना था, तो उन्होंने भारत के लिए इतनी लाभकारी मीटिंग के बारे में भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय को सूचित करना जरूरी क्यों नहीं समझा.
कोई बात नहीं, भारत में नौकरियों के अभाव के जड़ में चीन बैठा है. जब तक हम उन वस्तुओं का उत्पादन नहीं करते हैं, जिनकी हमें जरूरत है. प्रधान मंत्री कोई भी हो, हम एक consuming सोसायटी बने रहेंगे, हम एक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सोसायटी नहीं बन पाएंगे.
प्यारी प्यारी बातें करके चीन ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का कार्यकाल बर्बाद कर दिया, और अब उसी ट्रिक का इस्तेमाल करके चीन राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप का कार्यकाल भी बर्बाद करने जा रहा है.

Yesterday second round of trade talk in between China and America is said to have made important progress.
This progress involves Chinese commitment to buy five million tonnes of American Soybeans per day.
In addition, China is ready to reform its laws on forced technology transfer and intellectual property protection.
Now, for the third round of trade talks, American delegation is soon going to visit china.
If these rounds of trade talks don't result in to comprehensive trade deal, There are two possibilities.
First possibility is America will impose additional tariffs covering all Chinese export to America
Second Possibility is America will extend ongoing 90 days trade war ceasefire so that more rounds of trade talks can happen.
As things stand today, the probability of a trade deal in between America and China is very high .
However, The question comes, if it were so easy for America and China to resolve all trade issues, why it took more than 20 years to resolve them.
Trade war launched by president Trump has certainly brought china to the dialogue table.
But it will be naive to believe that China will honor this trade deal.
For liars its always easy to enter into a deal, because they can break it anytime.
In order to know the future of this upcoming America China trade deal, we need not go back deep in the history.
Just three years back, After historic summit with President Obama, Chinese King promised that China would not militarize islands in South China Sea.
and peaceful Chinese construction activities in the middle of South China sea will not target or impact any other country.
At that time, it was regarded as big diplomatic success for President Obama.
Now, everyone of us know what is the current reality of South China Sea.
In all three years, while American were feeling proud of their negotiations skills, Chinese were building military infrastructure and installing anti ship and surface to air missiles on the artificial islands in South China Sea.
Unfortunately, clock cannot tick backward. No power on earth can now think of destroying Chinese military infrastructure over these islands.
American freedom of navigation operation in south China sea are nothing but defending the lost south China sea.
It appears, After calling President Obama a fool, President Trump is soon going to become a made in China fool.
So far as Chinese commitment of buying more american soybean is concerned, Its up to america to determine where it wants to go. A country dominating export of high technology goods or raw commodities.
Sadly, Be it America of Be it India, Both countries have shown no inclination to learn from the past.
Now a days, a lot of hue and cry is going on in our country about lack of jobs.
Our dear media is very ready to target Prime Minister Modi for it.
They can target him, its their right to question the government. but the real question is, why are they not targeting China.
How long Indians keep on dreaming about buying cheap Chinese goods without thinking of producing goods in India.
Media wants Modi to lose next election, but it will not help in our youth gaining jobs.
Leave aside media, our opposition parties are in love with China. Understandably, before reaching kailash mansarovar of Lord Shiva, Rafail Gandhi preferred to see Chinese minister.
He said that he met them because he wanted to learn the art of job creation in India. Now, you see, he wants to learn this art of jobs creation from China, which has destroyed jobs in India.
More importantly, if he wanted to learn such an important knowledge, what prevented him from informing Indian foreign ministry about his secret meeting.
Anyways, root cause of unemployment in India is China. Unless we produce what we need, we will remain a consuming society rather than a manufacturing one.
By being in sweet talks, China has wasted full tenure of Prime Minister Modi, using same trick, now china is wasting full tenure of President Trump.
