You know, Right now America is holding negotiation with Taliban to find a peaceful resolution of Afghan conflict.



As per official statement from America, The draft agreement will focus on counter terrorism, American troops withdrawal, intra afghan dialogue and a ceasefire.



While Americans think, daily some progress is being made in the dialogue happening in Doha the capital of Qatar.



Today early morning, in a suicide bombing on a soft target of construction company claimed the life of 16 civilians.



Interestingly, Taliban has said that they were not behind this attack. No other group has claimed responsibility for this attack.



However, this is the same area where local branch of Islamic state has established itself as dominant force.



Perhaps, we would have to wait for sometime to know, who was actually behind the killing of innocent people in Jalalabad.



This brings us to our main point, if we believe what Taliban is saying is right, There are some other force, which are fighting for power in Afghanistan.



When Americans are believed to negotiate for peace, are they not pushing Afghanistan to more bloody civil war.



History teaches us, As soon as Soviet Union left Afghanistan, American lost interest in Afghanistan. The result was Civil war.



Now that Americans are going to leave Afghanistan, will we see the history repeating itself again?



After both Soviet withdrawal in the past, and American withdrawal in future, Will Afghanistan again become a battleground for various afghan factions to fight with each other?

Will the faction backed by Pakistan military will win the civil war in Afghanistan in the end??

While Time will provide us the answer to these questions, you may recall, on 1 March, Taliban staged massive attack on one of the largest military base in Afghanistan with total death of 43 people.



on 4th March, defense minister of Afghanistan made a comment that the suicide bombers were from Taliban and Jaish-e-mohammed and whole attack was planned in Pakistan.



It appears, while Pakistan was claiming the credit for organizing the talks in between Americans and Taliban, it was also planning attack on the military base in Afghanistan.
