यद्यपि दुनिया का ९०% केसर ईरान में उगाया जाता है, लेकिन दुनिया के केसर के बाजार में अफगानी केसर ने अपनी पहचान बना ली है.
आप तो जानते हैं, केसर दुनिया की सबसे महँगी स्पाइस होती है, लेकिन फिर भी भारत में केशर के बहुत डिमांड है.
इस बैकग्राउंड में, कल अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को भारत से जोड़ने वाले तीसरे एयर कॉरिडोर से २०० किलोग्राम केशर भारत पहुंचा.
पाकिस्तान को बाईपास करते हुए, यह नया एयर कॉरिडोर, अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के हेरात को भारत की नई दिल्ली से जोड़ता है.
पिछले ७१ वर्षों में, ऐसा लगता है की, भारत ने सायद कशम खायी हुई थी, की वह अफ़ग़ानिस्तान केवल पाकिस्तान से होकर जायेगा.
जिसका परिणाम यह हुआ, की पाकिस्तान ने घमंड के साथ मध्य एशिया तक पहुँचने का भारत का रास्ता पूरी तरह रोक दिया.
अब हमें यह सिंपल सवाल पूंछने दीजिये, क्या हवाई जहाज का अविष्कार वर्ष २०१६ में हुआ था, जब भारत के प्रधान मंत्री और अफ़्ग़ानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति ने भारत और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को डायरेक्टली जोड़ने के लिए एयर कॉरिडोर की स्थापना करने का निर्णय लिया.
इस सवाल के लिए आपका जवाब तो ना में ही होगा. लेकिन फिर भी भारत को अफ़ग़ानिस्तान से सीधे जुड़ने के लिए ७१ वर्षों का इंतज़ार करना पड़ा. इस आम चुनाव में जब आप वोट डालें तो यह सत्य थोड़ा याद रखियेगा.
पिछले २ वर्षों में काबुल और कंधार को नई दिल्ली से जोड़ने वाले एयर कॉरिडोर भी चालू हो चुके हैं.
अब २०० किलो ग्राम केशर और १६०० किलोग्राम पिस्ता के नए एयर शिपमेंट के साथ अफ़ग़ानिस्तान का हेरात शहर भारत की नई दिल्ली से सीधा जुड़ गया है.
अभी जबकि अमेरिका और तालिबान के बीच अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को लेकर समझौते पर पहुंचने के लिए लम्बी बात चीत चल रही है. यह देखना अच्छा लगता है, की भविस्य के प्रति विस्वास से भरे हुए भारत और अफ़ग़निस्तान ने नया एयर रूट भी खोल लिया है.
अब अफ़ग़ानिस्तान जी चाहे जितना केशर ऊगा सकता है, भारत उसे खरीदने को तैयार बैठा है.
भारत और पाकिस्तान में भी यही डिफरेंस है. पाकिस्तान ने अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को दुनिया में अफीम का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक बनाया, भारत अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में केसर का उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए उसकी मदद कर रहा है.
पाकिस्तान ने अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में आतंकवाद का निर्यात किया, भारत अफ़ग़ानिस्तान से केशर का आयत कर रहा है.
पाकिस्तान ने अफघान्स को बेरोजगार बनाया, भारत उन्हें रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध करवा रहा है.
इसी बीच, हमारे पाकिस्तानी दोस्त, अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में अपनी जीत का दावा भी पेश करने लगे हैं.
जबकि अमेरिका और तालिबान के बीच फाइनल एग्रीमेंट के उपर बातचीत चल रही है, लेकिन अभी हाल में जैसे अमेरिका ने चीन और नार्थ कोरिया को हैंडल किया है, इससे एक बात सिद्ध हो जाती है, की यदि डील अमेरिका के लिए अच्छी नहीं होगी, तो ऐसी बुरी डील में अमेरिका शामिल नहीं होगा.
इसलिए अमेरिका तालिबान वार्ता के निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचने का हमें इंतज़ार करना होगा. हमें किसी भी नयी प्रक्रिया का विरोध नहीं करना चाहिए, हमें उससे निकलने वाले परिणाम को देखने के लिए इंतज़ार करना चाहिए.
लेकिन फ्रैंकली दोस्तों, अमेरिका तालिबान वार्ता में सफलता की उम्मीद बहुत ही काम है.
इसी बीच, अफ़ग़ानिस्तान भारत से एक चाबहार बंदरगाह और तीन एयर कॉरिडोर से जुड़ चुका है, अब दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापर को बढ़ने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता है.
अफ़ग़ानिस्तान पर कोई भी राज करे, रुपयों की भाषा हर कोई समझता है. आसा की जनि चाहिए, की अफ़ग़ानिस्तान की नयी सरकार दुनिया के सबसे बड़े मार्किट भारत के साथ व्यपार करना चाहेगी.

In this background, yesterday 200 Kg of Afghan Saffron landed in India with the opening of third air corridor connecting India and Afghanistan.
Bypassing Pakistan, This new air corridor connect, Herat in Afghanistan with New Delhi in India.
For last 71 years, India has perhaps taken this pledge that it would reach Afghanistan only via Pakistan.
In response, You know, how Pakistan has proudly blocked Indian access to central Asia.
Let us ask a simple question, has Airplane been invented in the year 2016, when Indian Prime Minister and Afghanistan president decided to open air corridor connecting Afghanistan with India.

Now Afghanistan can produce as much saffron it wants, India will consume it for sure.
This is the difference in between India and Pakistan, Pakistan made Afghanistan the largest producer of Opium, India will help Afghanistan to harvest largest amount of saffron in the world.
Pakistan has exported terrorism to Afghanistan, India is importing saffron from Afghanistan. This is the difference.
Pakistan has made afghan unemployed, India is helping them in getting new employment.
Moreover, our Pakistani friends are claiming victory in Afghanistan even before it has been declared.
While Americans and Taliban are still discussing to reach final agreement, recent American dealing with China and North Korea confirms that American will not enter into any deal if it will not be good for America.
Therefore, we should wait for America Taliban talks to reach any conclusion. We should not oppose the process, but we should prefer to see the outcome.
Lets be frank, The probability of success in America and Taliban talks is very less.
Moreover, now that Afghanistan is directly connected with one Cha bahar route and three air corridors, The trade opportunities in between two nations can be exploited.
