You might know, yesterday Italy became first G7 Country to join Chinese Belt and Road Initiative.



Interestingly, after signing the agreement, Deputy Prime Minister of Italy made very smart comment, As per him, there is a lot of made in China products coming to Italy, and there is too little Made in Italy that goes to China.



Now you see, in order to grow Italian export to  China, naive Italy is opening itself to China.



Last year, Italy has trade deficit of around 20 Billion Dollar with China. If  joining BRI is solution of growing trade deficit problem, America with massive 419 Billion Dollar trade deficit with China should be the first country in the world to join BRI.





As it appears, China has been successful in selling its lies to Italy, rather than dream.



With joining BRI, Italy is Foolishly expecting that Chinese tariff and non tariff barriers will be eliminated and Made in Italy goods will flood in open Chinese market.



Same great idea was presented to this whole world, when America advocated why china should join WTO in the year 2001.



The idea was simple, Made in America goods would flood biggest market in China.



What happened in last 20 years, you all know, but perhaps smart Italian leadership is not ready to learn anything from the past, when rather than goods, American factories actually flooded China.



As it appears in every other cases, debt ridden countries are prime target of BRI.



Consider this, In the year 2017, the public debt on Italy was 131% of its Gross domestic product.



In the same year, Indian government's public debt was only about 70% of our total  GDP.



When a country has such a huge debt on it, how will it be able to fund its development needs?



When everyone else is thinking twice to give you loan, China comes will full pocket to throw money at you.



With joining BRI, Italy has signed projects worth 22 Billion dollar in one Single day.



More importantly, the deals include two port management agreements in between China and Italy.



When China was encroaching South China Sea, Leaders of European Union and America were issuing statements on Twitter.



Now, they should welcome China in Mediterranean sea. 



if you don't fight with enemy in its home, you will have to fight with your enemy in your home.



Today, Its not Italy joining BRI, its Chinese Trojan Horse entering in the fort of European Union. Needless to say, Chinese experts are leading supporter of Italy's right of independence to pursue its economic development in its own way.



If China was the starting point of belt and Road Initiative, Italy was its destination.



As it happens everywhere else, Every one knows how much money will flow from China and how many ports will be handed over to China, but no body knows any other details about the deals.



If China wants to become open after Italy joining BRI, why China is not opening its agreement details right in the beginning.



Anyways, we care little about the details of projects signed in between China and Italy.



We are asking once again a fundamental question, how come China has so much money that its throwing money in all debt ridden countries.



You know, Back in the year 1945, IMF had been created only for Bankrupt nations as lender of last resort.



But even IMF is having second thoughts to provide 22nd bailout to Pakistan, But tomorrow Pakistan will get 2 Billion Dollars more from China.



We have long time discussed, if China is investing 60 Billion Dollar in China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects in Pakistan, China is effectively transferring its trade surplus with India to Pakistan.



In fact, The way China has sold BRI to Italy, the same way China is selling Free Trade agreement to India.



As per Chinese design, if India joining Regional comprehensive Economic Partnership by this year end, Indian trade deficit with China will start reducing magically.



While India is still negotiating, Italy has been sold to China yesterday.



if you see, The leadership in Italy is very proud of entering into Non binding BRI agreement with China yesterday. They don't know, once you have taken Loan from China, you have no other way to go.



Congratulations for China for finding another victim for its lies.



Until few days ago, Tesla Founder Elon Musk was very proud of Building factories in China,  Now Tesla had to sue its formal Chinese employee for stealing trade secrets including source code.



After getting fooled by China again and again, it appears, Americans are always ready to be fooled again.



As long as democratic countries don't join hands together now, they all will fall one by one in front of China.



Most unfortunate thing is, When China is so aggressively pursuing its strategy, China is not a election issue in India.



When we Indians are busy in buying Cheap Chinese goods, why will our politicians care to take anti china posture in their speeches.



Friends, make no mistake, If India doesn't take corrective steps now, soon the name of Indian ocean will be changed to Chinese ocean.



We have hope left only with Pakistan, which is perhaps the only one country on earth, which will be able to teach lesson to China.
