we all are aware of truthfulness of Pakistani DG ISPR.



He is known for first tweeting, then thinking afterwards.



You may recall, on February 27th, within few hours he went from capturing three Indian pilots to confirming only one Indian pilot in Pakistani Custody.



There are plenty of Indian leaders, who are asking for evidences from Indian air force for Balakot strike, but no one in Pakistan dared to ask, who were those two pilots captured in the morning.



Thanks to the illusion created by ISI, Pakistani people love to stay in the state of happiness.



One such illusion created by Pakistan is, growing bond of friendship in between Pakistan and Russia.



Rather than putting question marks on the statements released by Pakistani leaders, Indian experts are quick to blame Indian government for growing bond of friendship in between Russia and Pakistan.



Anyways, please consider this, Pakistan DG ISPR has given an interview to Russian news paper Sputnik.



In which he said that Pakistan is in positive negotiation related to aviation, air defense system with Russia.



basically, he is perhaps trying to say that Pakistan is negotiating S400 and Sukhoi 35 acquisition from Russia.



As per him , Anything and everything which is possible to be purchased, will be purchased by Pakistan.



Here is Pakistan, which is having difficulty to get 22nd bailout in last 71 years, but its still talking about having capability to buy everything, which Russia is ready to sell.



If you have noticed, This is kind of negotiation, in which only one side keeps on saying that its in negotiation.



Russia officially Neither confirms nor deny the existence of such negotiation with Pakistan.



Why will Russia deny such report, when these reports put India on defensive wicket and increase Russian leverage in defense deals with India.



Anyways, if you go back, you can recall, December last year, there were widely published report that Pakistan would be procuring 600 Battle tanks from Russia against India.





In fact, Last year in February, In an interview to same Russian news paper Sputnik, Pakistan defense minister claimed that Pakistan was in talks with Russia on buying S400,  Sukhoi 35 and T 90 tanks.



Afterward, in April 2018, The reports were published that Russian official denied any Russian plan to sell Fighter jets and other weapons to Pakistan.



It appears, this year, Pakistani DG ISPR has only repeated last year's lies of former Pakistani defense minister.



As Pakistan is still in negotiation, Can DG ISPR let Pakistani people know, what progress has been made in the discussion in last one year?



Or at least he can request Russian officials to confirm that Russia is in negotiation with Pakistan on such huge defense purchase.



We all know, next year again, Pakistani official will give interview to Sputnik and say that they are negotiating with Russia purchase of S400 and Sukhoi 35 and T90 tanks.



In fact, many of our viewers are smart enough to understand that Pakistan is just bluffing its domestic audience by giving false statements in their interviews to Russian Media.



However, our Experts will never learn, they will soon say, Russia is drifting apart from India, since India is moving close to America.



India is mature enough to manage conflicting relationships. Its time, our experts having more confidence in the truth of India than in the lies of Pakistan.
