हम सभी इस बात से अवगत है, की चीन के साथ व्यापार से भारत को तगड़ा घाटा होता है. और यह हम सबके लिए चिंता का एक विषय है.

वित्तीय वर्ष 2018 में, चीन के साथ भारत को 63 बिलियन डॉलर का भारी भरकम घाटा हुआ था.

लेकिन अभी हाल ही में ऐसी खबरें सामने आयी, की चीन के साथ भारत का व्यापारिक घाटा कम होता चला जा रहा है. हमारे कई दर्शकों ने इस विषय पर वीडियो बनाने के लिए हमसे कहा था.

लेकिन हमने वीडियो बनाने के पहले पुरे फाइनेंसियल ईयर 2019 के डाटा का इंतेज़ार करने का निर्णय लिया था. CNBC अख़बार में छपी रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष 2019 में  चीन के साथ व्यापार में भारत को 53 बिलियन डॉलर का घाटा हुआ.


इस प्रकार व्यापार घाटे में 10 बिलियन डॉलर की कमी आयी. सिर्फ एक साल में चीन के साथ व्यापार घाटे में भारत ने 15 फीसदी की गिरावट रिकॉर्ड की है.

किसी भी हिसाब से देख लीजिये, वर्तमान सरकार की यह बड़ी उपलब्धि है. की उसने एक साल के भीतर ट्रेड डेफिसिट को इतना कम किया है.

इसमें मजे की बात यह है, जबकि भारत को चीन का निर्यात 8 फ़ीसदी कम हुआ है, तो पिछले फाइनेंसियल ईयर में चीन को भारत का निर्यात 30 % बढ़ गया है.

भारतीय कृषि उत्पादों के चीन को निर्यात से, भारतीय किसानो को थोड़ा कम लेकिन इंडियन एक्सपोर्टर्स को तो अच्छा लाभ हुआ है. कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, की व्यपारिक घाटे में 10 बिलियन डॉलर की कमी आने से भारत में कुछ लोगों को नया रोजगार भी मिला होगा.

लेकिन सिर्फ एक वर्ष के ट्रैड डाटा के दम पर, किसी भी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचना बचकाना होगा.भारत चीन के बीच चल रहे व्यापार के बारे में सही एनालिसिस के लिए हमें अगले पांच सालों के ट्रेड डाटा के लिए अभी और इंतजार करना होगा.

चीन को भारत का निर्यात बढ़ाने के लिए वर्तमान प्रशासन को श्रेय दिया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन हमें यह भी नहीं भूलना चाहिए, की किस वैश्विक वातावरण में ऐसा हो पाया है.

आप को तो पता है, पिछले फाइनेंसियल ईयर में ही अमेरिका और चीन के बीच ट्रेड वॉर लड़ा गया.

इस ट्रेड वॉर में, भारत अमेरिका के साथ चीन के खिलाफ खड़ा ना हो, इसलिए चीन ने भारत के व्यापारिक घाटे को कम करने के लिए बड़ा उदार बनने का नाटक किया था.

फिर भी इंडियन गवर्नमेंट के कॉमर्स डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारिओं को धन्यवाद्, की जब अमेरिका और चीन एक दूसरे पर ट्रेड tarrif ठोक रहे थे. तब उन्होंने चीन के साथ भारत के व्यापारिक घाटे को कम करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया.

अब जबकि इस महीने के अंत तक, चीन और अमेरिका के बीच फेक ट्रेड डील होने की सम्भावना बढ़ती चली जा रही है, यह देखना रोचक होगा, की इस डील का चीन के साथ भारत के व्यापारिक घाटे पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ता है.

हो सकता है, चीन फिर से अपने पुराने रूप में आ जाये, और भारतीय माल के लिए चीन के बाजार में मुश्किलें पैदा करना चालू कर दे.

दोस्तों सीधी बात यह है, की हो सकता है, की इस साल का ट्रेड डाटा अपवाद हो. यद्यपि यह एक अच्छा संकेत है, लेकिन वीमारी अभी मिटी नहीं है.

अब जबकि व्यापारिक घाटा कम करने में भारत ने शुरूआती सफलता प्राप्त कर ली है, आगे भी चीन पर दवाब बनाये रखने की जरूरत है, चीन को अपना बाजार न केवल हमारे कच्चे माल, कृषि उत्पाद बल्कि सॉफ्टवेयर के लिए भी और अधिक खोलना होगा.

बात बहुत सिंपल है, 53 बिलियन डॉलर का व्यापार घाटा भी भारत के लिए बहुत ज्यादा है. इसे सहन नहीं किया जा सकता है.

अगली सरकार ने चीन के साथ भारत के व्यापारिक घाटे को और अधिक कम करने पर फोकस बनाये रखना चाहिए.

अगले दस वर्षों में हमारा टारगेट चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से सिर्फ लाभ कमाना होना चाहिए.

हमारे यहाँ आम चुनाव में वोटिंग चालू हो चुकी है, जब आप वोट डालें, तो चीन के साथ भारत को हो रहे भारी व्यापारिक घाटे का ध्यान रखें.

और ऐसी सरकार को चुने, जो भारत के व्यापारिक घाटे को कम करने के लिए चीन से लोहा ले सके.

चीन के साथ व्यापार में यदि भारत को लाभ हुआ, तो इसका मतलब होगा, भारत में नौजवानो को और रोजगार, किसानो को फसल की बेहतर कीमत और कामगारों को ज्यादा तनख्वाह.

We all are aware of very high Indian trade deficit with China. It has been reason of our serious concern.



In last financial year, India has massive 63 Billion Dollar trade deficit with China.



Of late, there were reports that Indian trade deficit with China is on the decline. Many viewers have been asking us to create videos on this topic.





However, we preferred to wait for the entire year's trade data. Now, as per news report published in CNBC, This year, Indian trade deficit with China is 53 Billion Dollars.



It means, With the huge reduction of 10 Billion Dollars, India recorded 15% reduction in trade deficit with China in single year.



By any standards, this is remarkable achievement of present government, to achieve drastic reduction in trade deficit with China for the first time.



What is rather interesting is, Chinese export to India has declined by 8%, but Indian export to China has increased by 30% in this financial year.


With Increasing export of raw and agricultural products to China, our farmers might have got better price, and the reduction of 10 Billion dollars in trade deficit would certainly have created new job opportunities.



However, We can not reach at any conclusion on the basis of this year's trade data alone. we will have to wait for at least 5 years to see if Indian trade deficit is really falling or not.



While government certainly deserve the credit to engage with China in order to get Indian export increased with China, but we must not forget the environment, in which Indian export to China has recorded rise.



You all know, In this financial year, America has been fighting a trade war with China.



In order to ensure that India doesn't align with America in trade war, China adopted flexible approach towards Indian trade related concerns.



Nevertheless, Officials of Indian commerce department must be appreciated for focusing on the opportunity to reduce trade deficit with China, when China and America were engaged in imposing trade tariffs on each other.



Now, there is increasing possibility of China and America entering into trade deal with this month end. if China cuts a deal with America, it would be interesting to see, how Indian trade deficit with China gets impacted in this financial year.





After this proposed deal with America, China may again create problems for Indian exports in Chinese market.



The point we are trying to make is, This years data could be an outlier as well. Though its certainly a good sign, yet we should wait to see the clear trend.



Now that India has tasted first signs of success in reducing trade deficit with China, it becomes more important to keep pressure high on China to get this trade deficit further reduced.



Lets be frank, even annual trade deficit of 53 Billion Dollar is unsustainable for India.



Next government must keep focus on this year to get this trade deficit reduced even further.



Rather our target should be to achieve trade surplus with China in next 10 years.

Please elect the government, which will fight with China and get this trade deficit further reduced.



Zero trade deficit with China will directly mean, more jobs for youth, better price for farmers and higher salary for workers in India.
