You know, few days ago President Trump announced that tariffs on China will be increased from this Friday.



For last many months, we have been discussing that China has been knowingly wasting time by these Trade talks.



In order to catch America in Talk trap, China had promised that it will amend its laws to open Chinese market for American goods. 



The result was a draft agreement, which was acceptable to both sides until last week.



But, suddenly Chinese King realized that its very difficult to amend Chinese laws to meet American demands.



As per news report published in CNBC, As result, the draft agreement was systematically edited and sent to America for further talks in this week.



After reviewing the changes proposed by China, American side realized that they are back to where they started from.



The result was Trump tweeting increase of tariffs on China. 



This episode quickly remind us once again, how much waste of time its to talk to China.



Anyways, we wish good luck for America to have more rounds of talks with China in the hope of so called trade deal.



What is shameful is, the experts have put full responsibility of avoiding trade war on Trump, as if China was doing very good job by robbing whole world for last 20 years.



Here, we must remember that America has trade issues with India as well, But we should not forget that America has trade issue with Japan and European Union as well.



India and America are strategic partners. Unlike China, we are not an existential threat to America. 



The point is simple, India has lot more to gain by entering into free and fair trade deal with America, than by fighting a trade war with America.




As we have discussed in the past, Companies have already started taking action to move their supply chains away from China.



As per report published in Bloomberg, After Apple and Net Gear, Delta Electronics is another company which has started shifting its production away from China.




Until now, the production of Delta Electronics was happening mostly in China, but with the trade war in the background, This major company has realized that it should diversify its production capability. Therefore This Taiwanese company is  moving some production back to Taiwan and Thailand.



More significantly, Delta Electronics is building three to four plants in India to participate in Make in India program of Prime Minister Modi.



As per CEO of Delta Electronics, The products made in Indian plants will be mainly for domestic Indian market, and The company will decide in future if they can export from India.



Given large Indian market size, even if Delta Electronics starts manufacturing in India. it would be better than Delta Electronics making equipment in China and exporting to India.



As you know, After Apple and Netgear, now Delta electronics is coming to India. Needless to say,  The job opportunities will grow due to this Supply chain movement from China to India.



So far as our media is concerned, for them job Crisis in India is a serious problem, but none of them wants to pin point the blame on China.



If our youth is not getting jobs after passing out of colleges, the real reason is  Chinese are working day and night in slave labor camps.



Modern day slavery is going on in China. Dishonest Human rights organizations have started taking grants from China,  Greedy company executives were busy in earning higher bonus by making cheap in China, and we customers were happy in saving money by purchasing low quality cheap Chinese goods.



that's how this game has been going on for last 20 years. we have to face the truth, no society can grow if it wants to earn more but pay less.



Not many years ago, when American companies were setting up their plants in America, we had congress and communist parties fighting against strategic relationship in between India and America.



Now again, if we get similar government on 23rd May, the fear is the same, we will shut the door for American companies coming in India to set up plants, only because we want to remain non aligned by maintaining  equidistance from both China and America.



In simple words, this means, in the trade war India joining the side of China.



Anyways, 23rd May will decide if India and America enter into free and fair trade deal, or with China, India joins trade war against America.
