कल का दिन शायद चीन के राजा के लिए सबसे बुरा दिन साबित हुआ. इसका कारण यह नहीं है, की भारत के एग्जिट पोल्स में इंडियन प्राइम मिनिस्टर की जीत का अनुमान लगाया गया, बल्कि कारण यह है, की ओपिनियन और एग्जिट पोल्स के अनुमान के ठीक विपरीत ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधान मंत्री चुनाव जीत गए.
परिणाम यह हुआ, की चीन के राजा और उनकी पालतू मीडिया को सांप सुंग गया है.
चीन की मीडिया को तो ऐसा झटका लगा है, की उसने कहा है, की चुनाव परिणाम ऑस्ट्रेलिया और चीन के संबधों के लिए घातक होंगे.
पिछले तीन सालों से जितने भी ऑस्ट्रेलिया में ओपिनियन पोल्स हुए है, उनके अनुसार वर्तमान प्रधानमंत्री की करारी हार होना तय थी, और लेबर पार्टी के लीडर बिल शॉर्टन प्रधान मंत्री की सपथ लेने के लिए तैयार बैठे थे.
जहाँ तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया की विदेश निति का सवाल है, दोनों ही पार्टियों के बीच आम सहमति है, लेकिन चीन के साथ ऑस्ट्रेलिया के सम्बन्धो को लेकर दोनों पार्टियों के विचार अलग अलग हैं.
यदि समझने के लिए बहुत ही इस सरल तरीके से कहा जाये तो, लिबरल नेशनल कोएलिशन एक तरह से भारत के NDA की तरह है, लेकिन लेबर पार्टी भारत की कांग्रेस पार्टी से मिलती जुलती है.
कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, लेबर पार्टी की जीत का जश्न चीन में मनाने की पूरी तैयारी हो चुकी थी. ऐसी भी रिपोर्ट्स आयी है, की चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान चीन ने unofficial लेवल पर सोशल मीडिया campaign चला रखी थी, जिसमे वर्तमान प्रधान मंत्री मोर्रिसन का पुर जोर विरोध किया जा रहा था.
लेकिन चीन को ऐसा तगड़ा झटका लगा है, की अब उसे ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधान मंत्री मोर्रिसन का सामना अगले तीन वर्षों के लिए करना होगा.
अब आप यह पूछ सकते है, की चीन लिबरल नेशनल कोएलिशन के इतने खिलाफ कैसे हो गया. सीधे शब्दों में इस सर्कार ने चीन का उल्लू सीधा करने के बजाय ऑस्ट्रेलिया के हितों की रक्षा करने को ज्यादा महत्व दिया.
सायद आप जानते हो, ऑस्ट्रेलिया का चीन सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार है, लेकिन ऑस्ट्रेलिया और अमेरिका का दोस्ताना बहुत पुराना है.
हम सभी को पता है, चीन दूसरे देशों की आम जनता को गुमराह करने के लिए प्रचार प्रसार पर करोड़ों रुपये खर्च करता है. लेकिन ऑस्ट्रेलिया में चीन का यह रूप जब उजागर हुआ, तो प्रधान मंत्री टर्न बैल के नेतृत्व में लिबरल नेशनल कोएलिशन की सर्कार ने कानून बनाया, जिसके अनुसार ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रह रहे व्यक्ति को दूसरे देश की तरफ से ऑस्ट्रेलिया की घरेलु राजनीती को यदि प्रभावित करना है, तो उसे अपने आप को पहले रजिस्टर करवाना होगा.
हलाकि यह कानून किसी विशेष देश की लिए नहीं बनाया गया था, लेकिन आपको भी पता है, इसका टारगेट सिर्फ चीन था.
जैसे ही यह कानून लागु हुआ, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के परमानेंटली रहने वाले चीन के करोड़पति को ऑस्ट्रेलिया से बहार का रास्ता दिखा दिया गया, क्योकि वह कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की तरफ से ऑस्ट्रेलिया में डोनेशन देते फिरते थे, ताकि ऑस्ट्रेलिया की राजनीत को चीन के हित में चेंज किया जा सके.
इसके बाद ऑस्ट्रेलिया की इसी गठबंधन की सर्कार ने 5G नेटवर्क में चीन की कंपनियां जैसे की हुआवे और ZTE के भाग लेने पर रोक लगा दी.
ऑस्ट्रेलिया की सर्कार ने चीन के बेल्ट एंड रोड इनिशिएटिव में शामिल होने से मना कर दिया, और साउथ China सी में चीन के कब्जे और चीन के द्वारा अंतरास्ट्रीय कानून को तोड़ने की खुले में निंदा की.
इसके जवाब में घमंडी चीन शांत तो बैठेगा नहीं, उसने भी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के साथ अपने संबंधों को ठन्डे बस्ते में डाल दिया.
इसी बीच खबरे आयी , की ऑस्ट्रेलिया को सबक सिखाने के लिए, चीन ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया से कोयले के आयत पर 40 दिनों के लिए रोक भी लगा दी थी.
टिट फॉर टेट लड़ाई के बीच, चीन सपने देख रहा था, की इस चुनाव में उसकी प्रिय लेबर पार्टी जीत जाएगी, ताकि चीन ऑस्ट्रेलिया के अंदरूनी मामलात में दखल देकर अपना उल्लू सीधा करने में फिर सफल हो जाये.
लेकिन लिबरल नेशनल कोएलिशन के फिर सत्ता में आ जाने से, चीन के राजा के सपने चकना चूर हो चुके हैं.
इसी बीच, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधान मंत्री ने अपनी जीत को चमत्कार बताया है, लेकिन इस चमत्कार की असली कीमत तो चीन के राजा को चुकानी होगी.
चीन को मुँह तोड़ जवाब देते हुए, राष्ट्रवादी सर्कार चुनने के लिए ऑस्ट्रेलिया की जनता को बहुत बहुत बधाई, नहीं तो चीन के प्रति नरम रुख रखने वाली लेबर पार्टी ने चीन को आज गले लगा लेना था.
कोई बात नहीं, भारत की और लौटते हुए, एग्जिट पोल में जो परिणाम आये तो आये, आप समझदार हैं, इसलिए आइये 23 तारीख को दोपहर का इंतजार करते हैं .
कोई भी सरकार सत्ता में आये, आप सभी की तरफ से हम तो यही आशा करते हैं, की भारत के 5G रोल आउट में चीन को घुसने का मौका नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए.

In simple words, Liberal national coalition is similar to BJP led NDA, but Labor Party is like Congress in India.

Later on, this government banned Chinese telecommunication companies Huawei and ZTE for Participation in building Australian 5G network.
this government has also refused to join Chinese belt and road initiative, and also openly criticized Chinese violation of international law in the south china sea.
In response, China didn't sit silently, instead China put Australia into unofficial diplomatic freeze.
Moreover, China has banned imports of Australian coal to China for at least 40 days to punish Australian government.
After all these tit for tat responses, China has been dreaming that election victory of Labor Party will end up providing more scope for China to play in the domestic affairs of Australia.
but Liberal national party coming to power again, Chinese dreams have been shattered by local population of Australia.
No wonder, Australian Prime Minister has called his victory as miracle. Perhaps Chinese King Xi Jinping knows it well, how costly this miracle would be for him.
We would like to congratulate Australian public for electing nationalist coalition over Labor party, which would have clearly embraced China in next three years.
Anyways, returning to India, though exit polls have predicted win for NDA, its wise to wait till the afternoon of 23rd May.
