पाकिस्तानी अख़बार The न्यूज़ में छपी खबर के मुताबिक, फाइनल फेज की ड्रिलिंग तो अब चालू हुई है,
जैसे ही ड्रिलिंग की गहराई 5500 मीटर तक पहुंचेगी, सैंपल ले लिए जायेंगे, और उन्हें राफेल गाँधी के मामाजी के घर इटली में भेज दिया जायेगा, ताकि पता चले की इन कुओ में तेल है, या ये सूखे हैं.
कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचने के पहले, इटली में अच्छे से टेस्टिंग की जाएगी, ताकि निश्चित हो सके, की इन कुओं में commercially प्रॉफिटेबल ऑइल रिज़र्व है या नहीं.
कोई बात नहीं, पेट्रोल की कीमतों का बढ़ना घटना तो चलता रहेगा, पाकिस्तान जल्द ऑइल प्रोडक्शन में सऊदी अरबिया को पछाड़ देगा, पाकिस्तान की जनता ऐसा सपना अभी और देख सकती है.
आप सभी जानते हैं, पाकिस्तान को अमीर बनाने की जिम्मेदारी तो छोटी आँखों वाले चीन के राजा को सौंप दी गयी है, अब तो ऐसा लगता है, पाकिस्तान की विकास दर को ऊँची बनाये रखने का ठेका जापान को दिया जा रहा है.
पाकिस्तानी प्रधान मंत्री को लगता है, जर्मनी और जापान पडोसी है, हमें पता नहीं है, की पड़े लिखे पाकिस्तानी विदेश मंत्री को पता है, की नहीं की जापान धरती पर कहाँ है.
इसी बीच अच्छा होगा, की हम पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री को सपनो के मंत्री का ओहदा दे दें.
पिछले शुक्रवार को उन्होंने कहा, की 7 सालों के लम्बे अंतराल के बाद, जापान की सरकार ने इमरान खान के नए पाकिस्तान के साथ रिस्ता मजबूत करने पर ध्यान दिया है.
अब तो जापान अपने ऑटो मोबाइल इंडस्ट्री को पाकिस्तान में relocate भी करना चाहता है, ताकि पाकिस्तान में बनी कारें खाड़ी के देशों में बेचीं जा सकें.
हालाँकि पाकिस्तान के लिए यह एक अच्छी खबर है, लेकिन अच्छा होता, यदि सपनो के मंत्री यह बता देते, की किस देश से उखाड़कर जापान ऑटो मोबाइल इंडस्ट्री को पाकिस्तान में लगाने की सोच रहा है.
अगर खाड़ी के बाज़ार में जापान को कारें बेचनी है, तो खाड़ी के देशो में ऑटो मोबाइल इंडस्ट्री लगाने से जापान को कौन रोक रहा है?
लेकिन बात यह भी है, की जापान पाकिस्तान का भाग्य बदलने वाला है, ऐसी खुश खबरि पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री अकेले क्यों दे रहे हैं?
हो सकता है, जापान को यह भरोसा हो गया हो, की पिचले 9 महीनो में DG ISPR आसिफ फितूर से पाकिस्तानी सपनो के मंत्री ने फेक न्यूज़ फ़ैलाने की अच्छी ट्रेनिंग ले ली होगी.
इससे भी आगे बढ़ते हुए, पाकिस्तान के सपनो के मंत्री के अनुसार, जापान की सरकार चाहती है, की वह पाकिस्तान के 65 % युवा को स्किल प्रदान करे, ताकि पाकिस्तान तेज गति से प्रगति कर सके.
वर्ल्ड बैंक की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, हर साल 40 लाख युवा पाकिस्तान की labor फाॅर्स में शामिल होते हैं, इसलिए हम यह अनुमान लगा सकते हैं, की हर साल जापान पाकिस्तान के 24 लाख युवा लोगों को स्किल सेट देने की सोच रहा होगा.
जापान को हमारी तरफ से गुड लक, क्योकि दुनिया के बेस्ट मदरसा University सिस्टम में पढ़े हुए हाइली educated पाकिस्तानी युवा को मॉडर्न स्किल सेट देना तो बहुत आसान होगा.
लेकिन यदि पाकिस्तान के 65 फ़ीसदी युवा जापान की जिम्मेदारी है, तो पाकिस्तान का क्या रोल है?
हो सकता है, हर वुमन पर 3 बच्चों की फर्टिलिटी रेट के साथ, इतनी बड़ी आवादी में बच्चे पैदा करके पाकिस्तान पूरी मानवता के ऊपर उपकार कर रहा है.
छोटा सा सवाल यह है, यदि पाकिस्तान के युवाओ को रोजगार के लायक बनाना जापान की ड्यूटी है, तो उन्हें रोजगार देने का ठेका किसे दिया जायेगा.
नए पाकिस्तान में, रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने की जिम्मेदारी तो चीन पाकिस्तान इकनोमिक कॉरिडोर के अंतर्गत चीन के राजा को सौंप दी गयी है.
अगर आपने देखा हो, जब पाकिस्तान की जनता हर रोज बाजार में अपना पैसा जला रही है, तभी खान साहिब की लीडरशिप में पाकिस्तानी लीडर्स सपनो के सौदागर बने घूम रहे हैं.
देखा जाये तो खान साहिब अकेले पर दोष धरना सही नहीं होगा, उनके पहले भी ऐसे लीडर्स आये थे, जिन्होंने कहा था, की पाकिस्तान के हाथ बलोचिस्तान में सोने के पहाड़ लगे हैं.
क्या ऐसा नहीं हो सकता है, की पोलिटिकल लीडर्स जो सपने पाकिस्तान में बेच रहे हैं, उनका प्रोडक्शन रावलपिंडी में होता है?
अगर आपने नोटिस किया हो, पिछले महीने जब पाकिस्तान के प्रधान मंत्री चीन में गरीबों के मेले का मजा ले रहे थे, तभी Two स्टार जनरल आसिफ फितूर ने डेड़ घंटे लम्बी प्रेस कांफ्रेंस का आयोजन किया था.
सायद ऐसा पाकिस्तान में ही होता होगा, जहाँ प्रधान मंत्री से ज्यादा काम और बात एक Two स्टार जनरल करता हो.
लेकिन कांफ्रेंस के अंत में फितूर साहिब ने कहा की, मोहब्बत और इश्क़ में सब जायज़ है.
सायद, अपनी खुद की जनता को बेवक़ूफ़ बनाना भी पाकिस्तानी Generals के लिए जायज़ है.
कोई बात नहीं, जापान की मदद से पाकिस्तान जल्द ही खाड़ी के देशो की फैक्ट्री बनेगा.
