While India has been suffering from election fever, majority of us are aware of Pakistani people suffering from rising inflation.
Meanwhile, Pakistan has managed to get IMF bailout, Its most likely possible that inflation will further increase in Pakistan.
However, we missed how Chinese people are also suffering from the problem of rising inflation.
Last week, China has released official inflation data, which shows that Inflation has jumped to highest level in last six month.
More importantly, food prices jumped 6.1% in April. Rising pork price is mainly responsible for this food price inflation.
In one month, the rise in pork prices have gone up from 5.1% in March to 14.4 percent by the end of April month.
Pork prices were going up because of African swine fever disease, due to which thousands of live pigs have been killed.
In addition to higher pork prices, fruit prices surged to 11.9 percent due to poor harvest.
Interestingly, Chinese experts believe that rising inflation shows rise in demand in Chinese market.
China can consider it whatever it wants, but Chinese consumers have to pay more price now a days.
With huge pork price increase, There were hopes of China increasing import of pork from America, which is leading pork exporter in the world.
Amid trade war in between America and China, extensive studies have been conducted on inflation in American market due to President Trump slapping tariffs on Chinese product.
But no attention was paid on Chinese consumer paying higher price due to China imposing tariffs on American agricultural produce.
Recently, when America increased tariffs from 10 to 25 percent on Chinese goods worth 200 Billion Dollars.
China has promised retaliation against American moves. though specific details about Chinese retaliation are not available, but china may increase tariffs on american food items from 5% to 25%.
With food inflation already rising, Chinese tit for tat retaliation with more tariffs on america, may end up increasing inflation more.
It would be interesting to see, in next month how pork and fruit prices go up in Chinese market.
The point we are making is simple, American experts are right to blame Trump for the fears of rising inflation in America, but should they also not blame Chinese king for rising inflation in Chinese market.
After all, by stopping retaliation on American food items, China could have tried to deflate food price.
Anyways, Why will China think about reducing their inflation, when they consider rising inflation as sign of economic recovery.
Adding fuel to the fire, Many experts were estimating that China will have trade surplus worth 35 Billion Dollars by the end of April.
But missing the estimates, China manages to get trade surplus worth only 13.84 Billion Dollars.
you all know, Chinese parasite economy thrives on trade surplus by sucking blood from other countries.
As per the data available by April, Chinese export to America is also falling.
Earlier year after year Chinese export used to increase very rapidly, now thanks to Trade war, Chinese export are on decline.
It appears, Chinese have made their 100 years strategy, but 2 years of President Trump have made China look like having no strategy at all.
Right now, China became a reactionary defensive force to American tariffs strikes.
Falling exports and rising inflation at home are certainly bad news for people of China.
Though world over experts are overly focused on Harmful effects of Trade war on America, hopefully they will look into how China is also getting adversely affected.
The point is simple, Just like in a war, both sides have to bear the losses. The side with minimum loss and maximum damage to enemy end up winning the war.
Lets see, who wins the trade war in between America and China.
Today's easy question is, As per your analysis, out of China and America, which country will win in the end of long trade war?
