इस यात्रा के दौरान रूस और चीन के बीच नेचुरल गैस और परमाणु ऊर्जा जैसे कई छेत्रों में 20 बिलियन डॉलर की डील पर साइन किये गए.
रोचक बात यह है, की रूस की कंपनी MTS ने चीन की कंपनी हुआवे के साथ रूस में 5G नेटवर्क के विकास के लिए डील कर ली है.
आप इस 5G डील का महत्व सिर्फ इसी बात से समझ सकते हैं, की हाल ही में नोकिआ ने announce किया था, की उसने दुनिया भर में 5G की 42 डील्स कर ली हैं.
42 डील के इस आंकड़े के साथ नोकिआ ने हुआवे की बराबरी कर ली थी.
लेकिन ध्यान देने बाली बात यह है, की केवल पिछले 2 महीनो में हुआवे की 2 डील्स के मुकाबले में नोकिआ ने 12 डील्स कर डाली हैं.
इससे साफ़ हो जाता है, की अमेरिका के टेड़े राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प के कारण चालू हुई टेक वॉर से, हुआवे को नयी डील्स जीत पाने में मुश्किल का सामना करना पड़ रहा था.
इसलिए अब जबकि राष्ट्रपति पुतिन ने हुआवे का रूस में स्वागत कर लिया है, चीन के राजा के लिए यह एक बड़ी उपलब्धि मानी जा सकती है.
लेकिन अपने एक बात नोटिस कर ली होगी, की इस डील पर साइन चीन के राजा की रूस यात्रा के दौरान हुऐ हैं. इस प्रकार यह तो समझ आ जता है, की चीन के राजा हुआवे की डील जीतने में सीधी मदद कर रहे हैं.
लेकिन हुआवे तो फिर भी कहती रहती है, की वह तो एक आजाद कंपनी है, उसे चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है.
लेकिन आपको भी पता है, हुआवे सरेआम झूठ बोल रही है, जब उसके फाउंडर ने कहा था, की यदि चीन के कानून के अनुसार भी यदि चीन की सर्कार ने दूसरे देशों का डाटा माँगा, तो वह अपनी मालिक चीन की सर्कार को साफ़ मना कर देंगे.
इसलिए अब आप सोच सकते हैं, की इतने डर के बाबजूद रूस ने चीन के साथ 5G डील साइन क्यों की?
आपको ऐसा भी लग सकता है, की राष्ट्रपति पुतिन ने ऐसा करके गलती की है. लेकिन आपको इस बात का अंदाज़ होगा, की रूस और चीन के पश्चिमी देशों के खिलाफ सामरिक हित एक समान हैं.
जहाँ तक जासूसी और डेटा की चोरी का सवाल है, चीन के राजा को पता है, की राष्ट्रपति पुतिन इस खेल के कितने बड़े खिलाड़ी हैं.
इसके अलावा राष्ट्रपति पुतिन एक बेहद स्मार्ट लीडर हैं.
जरा जल्दी से रूस और चीन का ट्रेड डेटा देखते हैं.
वित्त वर्ष 2017 के अंत तक, रूस का चीन को निर्यात रूस के चीन से आयात से थोड़ा सा कम था. इसलिए उस वर्ष रूस को चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से लगभग 1 बिलियन डॉलर का घाटा हुआ था.
लेकिन वित्त वर्ष 2018 के ख़तम होते होते, रूस का चीन को निर्यात 42 .7 फ़ीसदी बढ़ गया, जबकि चीन का रूस को निर्यात मात्र 12 फ़ीसदी बड़ा.
परिणाम यह निकला, की वित्त वर्ष 2018 में रूस को चीन के साथ व्यापार में 11 बिलियन डॉलर का भारी लाभ हुआ.
सिर्फ एक साल के भीतर रूस का 1 बिलियन डॉलर का व्यापारिक घाटा बदलकर 11 बिलियन डॉलर के व्यापारिक लाभ में तब्दील हो गया.
चीन और अमेरिका इस ट्रेड वॉर में लाभ हानि का अनुमान लगाते रह गए, और राष्ट्रपति पुतिन पिछले एक साल में तो कम से कम जीते दिखाई पड़ रहे हैं.
अभी ट्रेड वॉर यदि और भड़की, तो चीन अमेरिका से कच्चे माल का आयत और कम करेगा, तो रूस अमेरिका की कमी पूरी करने के लिए तैयार बैठा है.
यह कहने में थोड़ी जल्दवाजी होगी, लेकिन एक साल के ट्रेड डेटा के हिसाब से तो राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने अबसर का लाभ उठा लिया है.
पिछले एक साल से हमने कई बार चर्चा की है, की अमेरिका और चीन के बीच की ट्रेड वॉर हमारे लिए एक गोल्डन opportunity है.
अच्छी बात यह है, की भारत के नए विदेश मंत्री ने स्वीकार कर लिया है, की भारत इस ट्रेड वॉर में किसी एक साइड का पक्ष नहीं लेगा, भारत अपने हितों की रक्षा करते हुऐ, हर एक अवसर का लाभ उठाने की कोसिस करेगा.
आपको यह एक अच्छी पॉलिसी जान पड़ती होगी. लेकिन हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए, की जबकि रूस और चीन के सामरिक हित एक दूसरे से मिलते हैं, जमीं पर हमारा सबसे बड़ा दुसमन चीन है.
इसलिए हम रूस की रणनीति को पूरी तरह कॉपी नहीं कर सकते हैं, की हम चीन के साथ मिलकर पुरे वेस्टर्न वर्ल्ड से लोहा लेने लगे.
आशा की जाती है, की दिल की बजाय दिमाग का इस्तेमाल करते हुऐ, भारत सरकार हमारे सामने आये हर एक अवसर का लाभ उठाएगी.
हमारी कोशिस तो अमेरिका और चीन की यह ट्रेड वॉर बिना लड़े जीतने के ऊपर होनी चाहिए.

You might know, Recently Chinese King has concluded his Russian visit.
In this visit, Russia and China signed the deals worth 20 Billion Dollars covering multiple areas including natural gas and nuclear power.
Interestingly, Russian company MTS signed a deal with Chinese company Huawei to develop 5G network in Russia.
You can understand the importance of this huge deal with the simple fact, that Nokia has recently announced that it has entered in to 42 commercial 5G deals around the world.
With 42 deals, Nokia had equaled the deal number with Huawei.
What is rather interesting is, in last two months alone, Nokia signed 12 new deals but Huawei managed to get only 2 new deals.
It was clear that Due to recent tech war in between China and America, Huawei's ability to win new deals has seriously eroded.
However, President Putin's welcome of Huawei in Russia is certainly a good news for struggling Chinese King.
if you have noticed, the deal has been signed during Chinese President's Xi Jinping's Russian visit. This fact should be enough for you to realize that Huawei is supported by Chinese King Xi Jinping himself.
Still, Huawei keeps on saying, that its a company independent of Chinese communist Party.
Anyways, you all know, Chinese company Huawei has been lying, when it's founder said, that it would not share data even when Chinese government asks for it as per Chinese law.
Now, you might be thinking, why Russia has signed 5G deal with China?
it might appear to be foolish idea for you, but the fact is, Russia and China shares same strategy against US dominated global world order.
So far as espionage is concerned, Chinese king is well advised not to mess up with President Putin.
Moreover, President Putin is very smart leader.
Consider recent trade data in between Russia and China.
By the end of Financial year 2017, Russian export to China was little less than Russian import from China. Therefore Russia was having little trade deficit of around 1 Billion Dollar with China.
However within one year, Russian export to China has gone up by 42.7% but Chinese export to Russia has gone up by only 12 percent.
The result is, Russia has trade surplus of 11 Billion Dollars with China by then end of year 2018.
In one single year, Russia has gone up from minus 1 Billion Dollar trade deficit to 11 Billion Dollar trade surplus.
You see, the real winner of this trade war in between China and America, at least for last year was Russia.
Moreover, due to trade war when China is reducing import of raw materials from America, Russia is trying to fill the gap.
You see, looking at last one year's data, it appears, President Putin has exploited the opportunity well.
For last one year, we have been discussing, the trade war in between America and China presents a great opportunity for India as well.
Thankfully, new Indian foreign minister has acknowledged now that India will not take sides in this trade war, but look for opportunity and protect Indian interests.
That's indeed a great policy, however we should not forget, while Russia and China share strategic objectives, on the ground, China is number one enemy of India.
That's why we cannot afford to copy Russian strategy of forging alliance with China to stand against western world.
Hopefully, Keeping heart aside and playing with mind this new government will exploit all the opportunities before us.
Our focus appears to be on winning this trade war without fighting with America and China.
