पहले भी पाकिस्तान ने बलोचिस्तान में सोने चांदी के पहाड़ खोद लिए थे, और अरब सागर में कच्चे तेल का समुद्र खोज लिया था.
कुछ महीनो पहले, दुनिया के सबसे स्मार्ट पाकिस्तानी वित्त मंत्री कहते फिरते थे, की पाकिस्तान को 22 वा बेलआउट मिल गया है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान को IMF बेलआउट मिले, इससे पहले उन्हें व्हाट्सप्प पर अपनी गद्दी गवानी पड़ गयी.
Anyways ताजा बात करते हुए, 15 जून को पाकिस्तान के प्लानिंग एंड डेवलपमेंट मिनिस्टर ने announce किया की, Asian डेवलपमेंट बैंक पाकिस्तान को 3.4 बिलियन डॉलर का लोन देखर अपने आपको सफल महसूस कर रहा है. बाद में डि फैक्टो पाकिस्तान के वित्त मंत्री ने भी गर्व के साथ कन्फर्म किया, की ADB पाकिस्तान को 3.4 बिलियन डॉलर का बजटरी सपोर्ट देकर अपने आपको धन्य समझ रहा है.
आपने नोट किया होगा, की हम यहाँ पर किसी अनजान सोर्स की बात नहीं कर रहे हैं, ये मिनिस्टर्स पाकिस्तान की सरकार के दो सबसे बड़े नेता हैं.
वैसे आपको पता होगा, जब किसी देश की आमदनी अट्ठनी और खर्चा रुपैया होता है, तब उसे बजटरी सपोर्ट की जरूरत पड़ती है, ताकि वह अपने आप को दिवालिया होने से बचा पाए.
हम सभी जानते हैं, पाकिस्तान बैचेन होकर 22 वे IMF बेलआउट की राह देख रहा है, क्योकि जब पाकिस्तान IMF की छत्र छाया में आ जायेगा, तभी दुनिया के अन्य बैंक पाकिस्तान को पैसा देने की गलती दोहरा पाएंगे.
पाकिस्तान को पैसा चाहिए, इसमें कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के नेता लोग तेजाइ में झूठ बोलकर अपनी जनता को उल्लू क्यों बनाते रहते हैं.
हो सकता है, पाकिस्तान के बेवक़ूफ़ नेता सोच रहे थे, की ADB पाकिस्तान के अख़बारों में छपी इन खबरों को पढ़कर ख़ुशी से फूला नहीं समायेगा, और वह कम से कम कुछ दिनों के लिए मुँह में दही जमाये बैठा रहेगा.
लेकिन कल रविवार को ADB के अधिकारीयों ने अपनी छुट्टी बर्बाद करते हुए, ऑफिस खोला और स्टेटमेंट जारी किया, की उन्होंने पाकिस्तान को लोन देने को लेकर केवल बातचीत चालू करी है, और इस बारे में अभी कुछ भी फाइनल नहीं हुआ है.
यह बात जायज़ है, की पाकिस्तान को 22 वा बेलआउट मिल जाने के बाद ही ADB पाकिस्तान को और लोन देने के बारे में कुछ गंभीरता पूर्वक सोच पायेगा.
लेकिन पाकिस्तान के मंत्री लोग कहाँ इतना इंतजार कर पाते, इसी बीच पाकिस्तान का रुपया दिनों दिन डॉलर के सामने गिरता चला जा रहा था, इसी पाकिस्तानी रुपये की डूबती इज्जत को बचाने के लिए सायद शनिवार को यह झूठ बोला गया था.
लेकिन रविवार को ADB ने स्टेटमेंट जारी कर दिया, और पाकिस्तान के रुपये के साथ साथ पाकिस्तानी नेताओं का मुँह कला हो गया.
Normally, हमें पाकिस्तान के झूठ पकड़ने के लिए थोड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है, लेकिन कल ADB ने पाकिस्तान के नेताओ का झूठ पूरी दुनिया के सामने खोल कर रख दिया.
आप ही बताए, इस तरह झूठ बोलकर पाकिस्तान अपने रुपये की एक्सचेंज रेट को कण्ट्रोल करने की असफल कोसिस कर रहा है, तो क्या IMF ने पाकिस्तान को पनिश नहीं करना चाहिए?
कोई बात नहीं, पाकिस्तान की भोली भली आवाम को अपने नेताओं के झूठ में भी सच दिखाई देता है. उनमे से कई लोग तो यह तक कह देंगे, की फालतू बैठे मोदी साब ने ADB का ऑफिस संडे को खुलवा करके पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ स्टेटमेंट जारी करवाया है.

Anyways, now coming to latest incident, on 15th of June Planning and Development Minister of Pakistan has proudly claimed that Asian Development Bank will provide 3.4 Billion Dollar loan to Pakistan. later on de facto Pakistani finance minister has proudly confirmed that ADB will provide 3.4 Billion Dollar Budgetary support to Pakistan.
Please note, we are not talking about some sources telling this good news to someone, these are highest ranking ministers in Pakistani government.
you know, When a country spends more than it earns, it requires budgetary support, so that it can avoid situation of default.
We all know, Pakistan desperately needed 22nd IMF bailout, only because other lending agencies like ADB will be able to provide loan to Pakistan, only after it accepts IMF program.
Pakistan needs money, thats fine. but why Pakistan spreads premature lies to fool their own public.
Perhaps Pakistani leaders were thinking, that ADB will feel itself privileged to get an opportunity to lend money to richest nation on earth and remain silent.
But on Sunday 16th of June, ADB has to open its office and issue statement saying that they are only discussing the possibility of providing budgetary support to Pakistan, and nothing is final as of now.
Basically, ADB is waiting for Pakistan to get 22nd IMF bailout first, only afterwards ADB can decide if it can provide any loan to Pakistan.
However, Pakistani ministers were in hurry to announce the good news to their own public, perhaps they were foolishly trying to stop the falling value of Pakistani rupees against dollar.
But with ADB's quick refusal, Both Pakistani Ministers and Pakistani rupees lost their face.
Normally, we have to connect the dots to identify Pakistani lies, but in last two days, In front of whole world, ADB has caught Pakistani leaders spreading falsehood.
