इसके जवाब में, ईरान के राष्ट्रपति ने कहा, की चाबहार पोर्ट ताजीकिस्तान के माल के लिए सबसे अच्छा और सबसे सुरक्षित रूट उपलब्ध कराता है.
ताजीकिस्तान के निवेदन पर ईरान के राष्ट्रपति ने जो जवाब दिया, उसे हम अभी तो उनकी हाँ समझ सकते हैं.
साथ ही विद्वान लोग समझते हैं, की चाबहार पोर्ट से होकर ताजीकिस्तान के माल का व्यापार करने से ट्रांसपोर्ट का खर्चा भी कम होगा .
जैसा की आप जानते हैं, की चाबहार पोर्ट को अमेरिकी आर्थिक प्रतिबंधों से राहत मिली हुई है. फिर भी इस बात पर डाउट है, की यदि चाबहार पोर्ट से ताजीकिस्तान के माल का व्यापार हुआ, तो क्या अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों का ताजीकिस्तान के माल और उसके व्यपारिओं और खरीदारों पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा?
नो डाउट, ताजीकिस्तान के व्यापार को लेकर अमेरिकी आर्थिक प्रतिबंधों के बारे में और क्लैरिटी प्राप्त करना वाकी है.

We can consider this Iranian response as yes to Tajikistan's request for the access of chabahar port.
Moreover Experts believe that Chabahar port can reduce expense for transit of Trajikistan's commodities.
Though we all know, Chabahar port is operating free of American sanctions, Yet there is doubt, if America will impose sanctions on trade of Tajikistan's commodities via Chabahar port.
No doubt, more clarity is needed so far as American sanctions on Chabahar port are concerned.
but there is no harm in asking Americans if their existing waiver covers transit of Tajik goods or not.
However, With Tajikistan also joining Chabahar port, growing trade increases the chances of success for Chabhar port significantly.
By the way, you all know, Chabahar port has always been a gateway for India to Central Asia. We never thought of trading only with Afghanistan via Chabahar port.
Regardless American sanctions, at least all countries involved in Chabahar port can work to reach on an agreement in this regard for now.
