आज आपने शायद पढ़ा हो, की पाकिस्तान के सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास के लिए चीन ने पाकिस्तान को १ बिलियन डॉलर की ग्रांट देने का निर्णय लिया है.
आपको तो पता होगा, की लोन से अलग होते हुए, ग्रांट तो गिफ्ट की तरह होती है, इसलिए पाकिस्तान ने १ बिलियन डॉलर चीन को लौटाने के बारे में चिंता नहीं करनी पड़ेगी.
सबसे पहले तो पाकिस्तान को चीन से १ बिलियन डॉलर की बड़ी ग्रांट प्राप्त करने के लिए बहुत बहुत बधाई. लेकिन इस खबर पर विश्वास करने से पहले हमें ध्यान रखना होगा, की हो सकता है, की पाकिस्तान की खस्ताहाल लेकिन घमंडी अवाम जो मंहगाई और बेरोजगारी की मार झेल रही है, उसको गफलत में रखने के लिए यह झूठी खबर फैलाई जा रही होगी.
एनीवेज़ आगे बढ़ते हुए , पाकिस्तान के प्रधान मंत्री के सलाहकार के अनुसार, सीपेक की सेकंड फेज के अंतर्गत चीन की सात कम्पनियों ने अपनी फैक्ट्री चीन से उखाड़कर पाकिस्तान में लगाने को लेकर इच्छा प्रकट करि है.
पाकिस्तान में लगने वाली चीन की ये मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट्स टेक्सटाइल लैदर और टायर का उत्पादन करेंगी.
पाकिस्तान चीन की कम्पनियों का स्वागत करने के लिए इतना उतावला हो रहा है, की यदि चीन की कम्पनियों को पाकिस्तानी कंपनियों के साथ जॉइंट वेंचर बनाने में दिक्कत हो, तो ये चीन की कंपनियां 100 फीसदी मालिकाने के साथ पाकिस्तान में फैक्ट्री लगा सकती हैं.
चूँकि यह अनाउंसमेंट पाकिस्तान में चीन के राजदूत की उपस्थिति में किया गया है, इसलिए हम अनुमान लगा सकते हैं, या तो ये दोनों सच बोल रहे हैं, या दोनों ही झूठ का कारोबार कर रहे हैं.
अभी बात यही पर ख़तम नहीं हुई है, हर रोज पाकिस्तानी प्रधान मंत्री के सलाहकार के दरबाजे पर चीनी कम्पनियों का ताँता लगा रहता है, क्योकि वह पाकिस्तान में अवसर और जॉइंट वेंचर की संभावनाएं तलाश रही है.
आप देख लीजिए, चीन की कम्पनियों को पाकिस्तानी दलदल अब अबसर से भरी जमी दिखाई देने लगी है. यह दूसरी बात है, की पाकिस्तान में सुरक्षा की कमी और उसकी जर्जर आर्थिक हालत को देखकर चीन की कम्पनियों के भी पाँव काँपते हैं.
अब जबकि चीन की कम्पनियाँ पाकिस्तान में फैक्ट्री लगा रही है, तो क्या पाकिस्तान ने यह पूछ लिया, की कही इन फैक्ट्री में काम करने के लिए मजदूर चीन से तो नहीं आएंगे.
या फिर क्या पाकिस्तानी वर्कर्स को चाइनीस बॉस के नीचे काम करना होगा?
हम तो आम पाकिस्तानी वर्कर की तरफ से यह पूछ रहे हैं, क्योकि पिछले महीने ही जब पाकिस्तानी वर्कर चाइनीस बॉस के इंस्ट्रक्शन नहीं समझ पाया, तो चाइनीस बॉस ने उसे धधकती भट्टी में धकेल दिया था.
हो सकता है, भट्टी में पाकिस्तानी वर्कर को झोंक कर , चाइनीस बॉस यह टेस्ट करने के लिए कोसिस कर रहा हो, की चीन और पाकिस्तान की दोस्ती कितनी गहरी है.
ऐसा भी हो सकता है, की अब जबकि अमेरिका ने चीन पर टेर्रिफ ठोक रखे हैं, इस लिए चीन मेक इन पाकिस्तान करके माल अमेरिका के बाजार में एक्सपोर्ट करने की जुगाड़ लगा रहा है, ताकि चीनी माल अमेरिकी टेर्रिफ से बच सके.
हालाँकि इस वीडियो के जबाब में हमारे पाकिस्तानी दर्शक कह सकते हैं, की चीन और पाकिस्तान की दोस्ती को देखकर हमें जलन हो रही है. लेकिन हम तो बहुत खुश हैं, क्योकि पाकिस्तान कितने प्यार से गोंच की तरह चीन से चिपक कर उसका खून चूस रहा है, और चीन पाकिस्तानी दलदल में फसने का मजा भी ले रहा है.

These Chinese manufacturing units will make textile, leather and Tyre in Pakistan.
Pakistan is so eager to welcome Chinese companies, that its even ready to allow them 100% ownership if these companies don't enter in to joint ventures with Pakistani companies.
Since this announcement has been made in the presence of Chinese ambassador to Pakistan. we can assume either both are speaking truth or both are lying.
Moreover, Adviser to Pakistani Prime Minister is receiving Chinese investors daily exploring about join venture and trade opportunity in Pakistan.
You see, Pakistani mess has certainly become land of opportunity at least to Chinese firms. it's different matter, that Chinese companies are also worried about the security and economic crisis of Pakistan.
Chinese companies are setting up factories in Pakistan, but Pakistan must ask them if the labor force will also come from China to work in these factories?
Or Pakistani workers will work under the supervision of Chinese Boss?
We are asking this question on behalf of normal Pakistani worker, because last month Chinese supervisor has pushed Pakistani worker into burning furnace when he failed to understand instruction from Chinese boss.
