पाकिस्तान के DG ISPR ने ट्वीट किया, की डिफेंस बजट कट के बाबजुद, देश की सुरक्षा में कोई कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी.
पाकिस्तान के प्राइम मिनिस्टर इमरान खान के मुताबिक, पाकिस्तान को कई सिक्योरिटी चैलेंजेज का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, फिर भी डिफेंस बजट को कम करवाके पाकिस्तान की सेना बलोचिस्तान और ट्राइबल एरिया के डेवलपमेंट में कंट्रीब्यूट करना चाहती है.
आप तो जानते हैं, ये सभी ट्वीट पाकिस्तान की अवाम को बेवक़ूफ़ बनाने की कोसिस है.
आशा की जा सकती है, की अगले कुछ दिनों में पाकिस्तान के बजट का ऐलान होगा, तब हमें पता चलेगा, की आखिर रियलिटी में पाकिस्तान का डिफेंस बजट कितना कम हुआ है.
anyways जब पाक आर्मी कहती है, की वह बलोचिस्तान और ट्राइबल एरिया का विकास करवाना चाहती है, तो आपको भी पता है, इस विकास का मतलब वहां पर पाकिस्तान विरोध में चल रही आंधी को काबू में करने की कोसिस मात्र है.
इन ट्वीट्स को पढ़कर, आपको बू आ जाएगी, की पाकिस्तानी अथॉरिटीज केवल अपनी धूमिल छभी को विम वार से चमकाने की कोसिस कर रही हैं.
जैसा की पाकिस्तान अभी भी IMF के 6 बिलियन डॉलर के bailout की राह देख रहा है, जिसके लिए पाकिस्तान को अपने दुनिया के सबसे ब्रिलियंट फाइनेंस मिनिस्टर को व्हाट्सप्प पर बर्खाश्त करना पड़ा, और बाद में पाकिस्तानी स्टेट बैंक के गवर्नर को ऑफिस के लिए तैयार होते हुए, पता लगा की उनके ऑफिस का दरवाजा उनके लिए बंद कर दिया गया.
उस समय भी माहौल ऐसा बनाया गया था, की पाकिस्तान की सर्कार अपने निर्णय खुद ले रही है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के नए फाइनेंसियल एडवाइजर और स्टेट बैंक के नए गवर्नर की प्रोफाइल को अगर आप देखें, तो आप को भनक लग जाएगी, की इनके अपॉइंटमेंट के डिसिशन IMF ने ही लिए है.
ऐसा भी हो सकता है, इन अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर को टाइप IMF ऑफिस में किया गया हो, और पाकिस्तानी प्रधानमत्री को केवल साइन करने का बड़ा काम दिया गया हो.
अब डिफेंस बजट कट की बात करें तो, ऐसा दिखाया जा रहा है, की पाकिस्तानी आर्मी ने अपनी मर्जी से इतनी बड़ी कुर्बानी पहली बार दी है, लेकिन यदि आप पिछले साल दिसंबर महीने में जाये, तो ऐसी कई खबरें छपी थी, जिसमे बताया गया था, की अगला bailout प्राप्त करने के लिए पाकिस्तान को अपना डिफेंस बजट कम करना ही होगा.
IMF की इन कड़ी शर्तों के कारण ही तो कई महीनो से पाकिस्तान IMF से मोल भाव कर रहा था. अब ऐसा लगता है, की पाकिस्तान को अपनी आर्थिक खस्ताहाल के मुताबिक डिफेंस बजट को कम करने की IMF की कंडीशन मान लेनी पड़ी है.
आपको भी समझ आ रहा होगा, की ये IMF की शर्तों का ही कमाल है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान की अवाम को ऐसा दिखाया जा रहा है, की पाकिस्तान के हित में पाक आर्मी इतनी बड़ी क़ुरबानी दे रही है.
जबकि रियलिटी में पाकिस्तान आर्मी अपनी मजबूरी को महानता के रूप में बेच रही है.
पाकिस्तान की बेहद अक्लमंद जनता को यह छोटा सा सवाल नए पाकिस्तान के प्रधान मंत्री से पूछना चाहिए, जब आज डिफेंस बजट कम करना ही था, तो पिछले कुछ महीनो से पाकिस्तान के प्रधान मंत्री चीन UAE और सऊदी अरब में कुछ बिलियन डॉलर पैसे की जुगाड़ करने के लिए क्यों घूम रहे थे.
जहाँ तक पाकिस्तान के सिक्योरिटी चैलेंजेज का सवाल है, ये तो पाकिस्तान ने खुद पैदा किये हैं, पाकिस्तान इन सभी प्रोब्लेम्स को जब चाहे तब आसानी से सॉल्व कर सकता है.
इसलिए पाकिस्तानी सेना कोई कुर्बानी नहीं दे रही है, वह तो केवल IMF bailout के जुगाड़ में लगी है.
जैसा की आप भली भांति जानते हैं, की IMF bailout लेने के पहले, पाकिस्तान IMF की हर शर्त को मान सकता है. लेकिन जैसे ही पाकिस्तान की हालत सुधरने लगेगी, पाकिस्तान ख़राब IMF bailout प्रोग्राम के लिए IMF को ही गालियां देना चालू कर देगा.
जैसा की पहले भी कई बार हो चूका है, इस बात की पूरी सम्भावना है, की पाकिस्तान IMF bailout प्रोग्राम का पूरी समयाब्धि के लिए पालन ना करे.
पाकिस्तान के लिए IMF bailout डूबते को तिनके का सहारा है. पाकिस्तान दो चट्टानों के बीच में पिश रहा है. IMF की शर्तों के पालन से ज्यादा IMF bailout की शरण में जाना उसके लिए ज्यादा जरूरी है. तभी पाकिस्तान को अन्य ग्लोबल लेंडिंग इंस्टीटूट्स से पैसा मिलना चालू हो पायेगा .
इसलिए हमें यह अनुमान नहीं लगाना चाहिए, की पाकिस्तान का हार्ट ट्रांसप्लांट हो गया है, इस डिफेंस कट के बाबजूद, पाकिस्तान भारत के खिलाफ आग को भड़काने के लिए पेट्रोल लगातार डालता रहेगा. जैसा की पाकिस्तान ने हमेसा से किया है.

For this huge sacrifice, Prime Minister of richest nation on earth has appreciated Army for seeking lesser defense budget.
As per Pakistani DG ISPR, The defense cut will not be at the cost of defense and security of the country.
As per Imran Khan, Though Pakistan has been facing multiple security challenges, it has decided to cut its defense expenditure to support development in Baluchistan and Tribal areas.
You know, all these tweets are to make domestic audience fool.
Hopefully, in next couple of days, when the budget will be announced, we will get to know the details about defense budget cuts.
Anyways, when Pakistani army is saying that it wants to develop Balochistan and Tribal areas, you know, development only means suppression of strong resistance movement there.
By reading these tweets, you can clearly sense, Pakistani authorities are only trying to do the image management.
Because, Pakistan is still waiting for 6 Billion Dollar IMF bailout, for which Pakistan has to sack its most brilliant finance minister in the world. Moreover, even the Pakistani state bank governor has been changed suddenly.
At that time, the impression was created that Pakistan government was taking those decision, but looking at the appointment, anyone can understand, the decisions were taken by IMF and Pakistan government was forced to sign on the appointment letter written by IMF.
Now coming to this latest defense cuts, it is being shown that Pakistan army is voluntarily making these cuts, but if you go back to December last year, IMF clearly told Pakistan to reduce defense budget to get next bailout.
These were the conditions, due to which Pakistan kept on negotiating for months with IMF, but it appears, Pakistan had to accept IMF demand to reduce defense expenditure this time around.
You see, it appears to be condition from IMF bailout, which Pakistan is trying to meet, but Pakistan people are being told that Pakistani army has made this great sacrifice.
Pakistan Army is only trying to sell necessity as its virtue.
The basic question Pakistani public should ask, if Pakistan army was to cut its defense expenditure eventually, why Pakistan Prime minister was roaming in Saudi Arabia, China and UAE seeking few billion dollars of aid.
So far as security challenges to Pakistan are concerned, those are self made. Pakistan army can any time solve all of them very easily.
Therefore, Pakistani army is not making any sacrifice whatsoever, its only meeting IMF condition so that Pakistan can get bailout soon.
As we discussed multiple times in the past, Before getting IMF bailout, Pakistan will accept all IMF demands, but as soon as Pakistani economic condition starts improving, Pakistan will start abusing IMF for drafting bad bailout program.
As happened multiple times in the past, its more likely, that Pakistan will not complete this three year IMF program as well.
For Pakistan, IMF bailout is the question of survival right now. They are in between rock and hard place, for them getting IMF bailout is more important rather than the conditions of IMF program. That's why Pakistan is following all conditions.
We must not expect, there is sudden change of hearts in Pakistan. Despite defense cut, Pakistan will continue to sponsor anti India activities as it has been doing in the past.
Lets be frank, Indian Pakistani challenge will not be fixed by IMF.
We will have to solve this Pakistani problem ourselves.
By granting bailout to Pakistan, IMF has basically ensured that Pakistan remains a problem for India for the foreseeable future.
