आप सभी ने अख़बारों में पढ़ लिया होगा, की चीन ने एक बार फिर भारत की नुक्लेअर suppliers ग्रुप में एंट्री को रोक दिया है.
चीन के आधिकारिक स्टेटमेंट के मुताबिक, चीन NSG के नियमो और कायदों का सम्मान करता है, और वह तो केवल प्रक्रिया का पालन कर रहा है.
वैसे तो आपको भी पता है, चीन चाहता है, की पहले पाकिस्तान जैसे उन सभी देशो के लिए एक प्रोसेस का निर्धारण हो जाये, जिन्होंने भारत की तरह NPT पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं किया है. केवल उसी के बाद चीन भारत के मामले पर NSG में विचार होने देगा.
वैसे आप जानते है, चीन अभी यह निश्चित करने की कोसिस कर रहा है, की भारत के NSG के कमरे में घुसने के बाद, NSG का दरवाजा पाकिस्तान के लिए खुला रहे. लेकिन पाकिस्तान तो बहाना है, वास्तव में चीन अकेले भारत को NSG के कमरे में घुसने नहीं देना चाहता है.
जबकि चीन वर्ष 2016 से लगातार भारत का विरोध कर रहा है, सवाल यह खड़ा होता है, आखिर चीन के इस बर्ताव के लिए चीन को कौन सी कीमत आज तक चुकानी पड़ी है.
आपमें से कुछ लोग कह सकते हैं, की भारत ने आज तक चीन के राजा का ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट बेल्ट एंड रोड इनिशिएटिव ज्वाइन नहीं किया है.
सबसे पहले तो वात यह है, की भारत के शामिल न होने के बाबजूद, यह प्रोजेक्ट तो योजना के अनुसार आगे बढ़ ही रहा है. इसलिए यह कहा जा सकता है, की NSG में भारत की एंट्री को रोकने के लिए चीन ने आज तक कोई कीमत अदा नहीं की है.
NSG में एंट्री प्राप्त करने के लिए, हम मदद चाहते हैं अमेरिका और रूस से. आप ही बताएं, जब भारत ही चीन के द्वारा एंट्री रोके जाने का कोई विरोध नहीं कर रहा है, तो रूस और अमेरिका को क्या पड़ी है, की वह चीन पर भारत के NSG में प्रवेश को लेकर दवाब बनायें.
वल्कि अमेरिका और रूस तो मन ही मन में खुस होते होंगे, की चीन उनकी तरफ से पूरा दोस अपने सर पर ले रहा है.
भारत के NSG में प्रवेश को लेकर चीन भारत को रूल बुक दिखा रहा है, क्या कभी हमने एक बार भी चीन को रूल बुक दिखाई, की कैसे उसने पूरा साउथ चाइना सी अकेले हड़प लिया.
जबकि चीन ने पाकिस्तान और नार्थ कोरिया को परमाणु तकनिकी चोरी छुपे बेचीं है, तो चीन कैसे आज खुले में आकर कह सकता है, की वह परमाणु हथियारों के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए भारत को NSG में नहीं घुसने देगा.
अभी कल ही हमने चर्चा की थी, की साइक्लोन वायु से बचने के लिए चीन की 10 नावों ने भारत से शरण मांगी थी, और भारत के पानी में आकर वह नावें मछलियां पकड़ने लगी.
भारत सर्कार ने अभी तक चीन को रूल बुक क्यों नहीं दिखाई, की चीन की नावें कैसे भारत के समुद्र में मछलियां पकड़ सकती हैं. इसके बजाये भारत सरकार ने आँखों पर पट्टी और कान में उंगली डाल ली है.
आपको तो पता है , की यदि आज भारत की नावों ने चीन के समुद्र में मछलियां पकड़ी होती, तो चीन ने पूरी दुनिया अपने सर पर उठा लेनी थी.
सैडली , ऐसा लगता है, की इन्क्वायरी पूरी होने के पहले ही यह अनुमान लगा लिया गया, की लालची क्रू मेंबर्स ने अपने आप भारत की मछलिया पकड़ी थी. तो दूसरी तरफ भारत के विपक्ष का चीन से प्यार तो बहुत पुराना है ही.
चीन का झूठ सरेआम पकड़ने के बजाय, हमारी सरकार चीन का तुस्टीकरण करने में लगी है, क्या पता, कभी न कभी चीन के राजा को भारत पर दया आ जाये, और वह भारत को NSG में घुसने दें.
अगर यही हालात रहे, तो भारत को इंतजार ही करते रहना पड़ेगा. जब तक भारत का NSG में प्रवेश रोकने के लिए चीन कोई कीमत नहीं चुकाता, तब तक कुछ नहीं होगा.
इसी बीच भारत के कॉमर्स मिनिस्टर ने कहा है, की अपनी सम्प्रभुता की रक्षा के लिए भारत को अमेरिका के साथ ट्रेड वॉर चालू करनी पड़ी, यह तो भारत सरकार ने बहुत सही किया. लेकिन इसी भारतीय सम्प्रभुता की रक्षा के लिए आखिर भारत ने चीन के खिलाफ ट्रेड वॉर पिछले 20 सालों से चालू क्यों नहीं की? क्यों भारत फाइव जी नेटवर्क में हुआवे का वेलकम करने के लिए टेंट लगा रहा है?

As you might have read in the news papers that China has once again blocked Indian entry into Nuclear Suppliers Group.
As per Chinese official statement, China respect rules and regulations of NSG and just following procedure.
In Simple words, China wants NSG to first finalize a process for those countries, which have not yet signed NPT. Only afterwards, China will allow Individual Indian case to be even discussed.
you all know, After letting India in the NSG room, China wants to keep the door open, so that its dear friend Pakistan can also come in side NSG room.
While China has taken this position since May 2016 to oppose Indian entry in to NSG.
The simple question comes, what cost India has made China to pay for this blockade in last three years?
some of you might say, In response India has not joined Belt and Road Initiative project, which is a dream project of Chinese king.
first of all, even if India has not joined belt and road initiative, the project is still going on with its plan. Its sufficient to say, China has not paid any price whatsoever for blocking Indian entry into NSG.
Now, in order to gain entry in to NSG, we naively seek help from America and Russia. Again the question is, when India has not made China pay price for its behavior, why would America and Russia will force China to let India in NSG.
Rather America and Russia must have been happy for China doing what they also want.
Moreover, China is showing us rule book for not letting us in NSG, but have we in the past shown China rule book, when it has encroached entire south china sea.
When China is alone behind transferring nuclear technology to Pakistan and North Korea, how can it say that by blocking Indian entry in to NSG, its contributing to non proliferation.
Yesterday, we discussed, how Chinese boats requested shelter from India against cyclone Vayu, and started fishing in Indian waters.
Why Indian government is not showing China rule book and procedure for violating Indian exclusive economic zone? Instead, there is complete silence across India against this Chinese activity.
Please note, if Indian boats had done fishing in South China sea, today China would have been shouting from the top,
Anyways, It appears, even before the inquiry could conclude, our government has assumed, that out of personal greed these fishing boats indulged in to fishing activity in Indian waters.
Rather than calling Chinese lies, our government has taken China appeasement policy and assumed that sooner or later China will change its mind and let India enter into NSG.
With this approach, India can keep on waiting. Unless India put some cost on China for this NSG blockade, nothing will happen.
Sadly, In order to protect Indian sovereignty India has just started trade war with America, That's fine. but for the sake of same sovereignty, Why India has never started trade war with China in last 20 years. Why we have almost welcome Huawei in Indian 5G?
