By now, you all know that Pakistan managed to get its 22nd IMF bailout worth 6 Billion Dollars.



As we have discussed in the past, IMF bailout doesn't matter much, what matters most is Pakistan coming under IMF program.



Thanks to IMF program, Pakistan is now expecting to get massive 38 Billion Dollars from other lending agencies like Asian Development Bank and world bank.



What is significant is, no IMF member including India has opposed IMF granting another bailout to Pakistan.



When India itself didn't oppose, its waste for us to expect Americans opposing IMF bailout to Pakistan.



It appears, The scenario of failed nuclear powered state has again successfully frighten whole world. The result is, money has started flowing again to wards Pakistan. 



Main thing to notice here is, once again before America can get Afghanistan bailout, Pakistan succeeded in getting another fresh IMF bailout.



We wish good luck to Americans now for getting good Afghanistan bailout package from Pakistan sponsored Taliban.



Now that Pakistan is under IMF bailout for next 39 month reform program, you would soon see, how tone of Pakistan will soon change.



As soon as Pakistani economic condition recovers,  first thing they will do is to abuse the Same IMF program for which they have been standing on the IMF gates for more than 10 months.



We can expect normal person to learn from single mistake, but smart IMF didn't learn by committing same mistake 21 times in the past.



As Pakistani leaders have said that its last IMF bailout for Pakistan, We all know, just like each one of last 21 bailouts was the last bailout, this one will also be Last bailout for Pakistan.



Anyways, moving forward we talk about Gwadar Port, which is supposed to be future of Pakistan and to benefit entire world.



When ever we used to talk about Gwadar town facing basic problems of water and electricity. our Pakistani viewers used to comment that With the help of Chinese money, Pakistan will change the face of Gwadar.



However, yesterday entire Gwadar faced shutdown due to protests against long hours of power cuts and severe water shortage.



Its not like Gwadar port has suffered from power outage and water shortage only recently, Lack of basic infrastructure has been a big problem in Gwadar.



Despite the lack of Power and water, Pakistani leaders continue to dream about Gwadar converting into Singapore of Pakistan.



These are two basic problems you solve, before even thinking about a planned future city. However, Pakistan is so busy in creating troubles for neighbors, that its left with no time to plan well for future Singapore of Pakistan in Gwadar.



This brings us to our central point, be it 6 Billion Dollar IMF bailout or 60 Billion Dollar CPEC project, No amount of money throwing on Pakistan will solve Pakistan problem of entire world.



Because problem is not in the economy of Pakistan, but in the minds of generals sitting in Rawalpindi, who runs the show called Pakistan.
