अभी कल ही हमने चर्चा की थी, की इमरान खान की अमेरिका यात्रा को लेकर पाकिस्तान का झूठ पकड़ा गया है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के झूठ को लेकर हमने निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचने की गलती की थी.
लेकिन यह सवाल तो अभी भी खड़ा है, की आखिर कुछ ही घंटो में ऐसा क्या हुआ, की अमेरिकी स्टेट डिपार्टमेंट को खान साहिब की अमेरिका यात्रा के बारे में पता नहीं था, और वाइट हाउस ने ऑफिसियल स्टेटमेंट जारी कर दिया.
ऐसा सायद अमेरिका में ही होता है, की वाइट हाउस क्या कर रहा है, यह स्टेट डिपार्टमेंट को पता नहीं होता है.
अब जबकि ऑफिसियल स्टेटमेंट ही जारी हो गया है, यह कहने में कोई अक्लमंदी नहीं है, की ट्रम्प प्रसाशन के दाएं हाथ को पता नहीं होता, की वाया हाथ क्या कर रहा है.
लेकिन पाकिस्तान छोड़िये, भारत में भी इमरान खान की अमेरिका यात्रा को पाकिस्तान की सबसे बड़ी सफलता के रूप में पेश किया जा रहा है.
इंडियन एक्सपर्ट्स पैनिक में आ गए है, उन्होंने जीत का ताज खान साहिब के सर पर रख दिया है, और मोदी साहब को एक लूज़र के रूप में दिखाया जा रहा है.
लेकिन हमें ठन्डे दिमाग से देखना होगा, की आखिर पाकिस्तान के प्रति राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प की नीति 180 डिग्री से कैसे पलट गयी.
हमारे एक्सपर्ट्स को यह बात नहीं पता, लेकिन आपको अंदाज़ा होगा, की अगले साल अमेरिका में राष्ट्रपति चुनाव होने हैं, और पिछले चुनाव प्रचार में ट्रम्प ने वादा किया था, की वह अफ़ग़ानिस्तान की एंडलेस वॉर का एन्ड कराएंगे.
उन्हें अफ़ग़ानिस्तान से भागने के ऐसी तेजाइ है, की उन्हें इससे कोई मतलब नहीं, की अगर गलती से वह खुद चुनाव जीत गए, तो वह इस समस्या के नए विकराल रूप से कैसे निपटेंगे?
अफ़ग़ानिस्तान बेलआउट को अमेरिका की जनता के सामने एक बहुत बड़ी सफलता के रूप में बेचा जाने वाला है.
लेकिन आप को याद होगा, की राष्ट्रपति ओबामा ने भी तेजाइ में इराक से सैनिक वर्ष 2011 में वापस बुला लिए थे, उसके बाद इराक और सीरिया में क्या हुआ, पूरी दुनिया ने आँखें फाड़कर के देखा है.
हिस्ट्री से सीखने में उन्हें कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं है, उन्हें केवल अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में हो रहा अपना खर्चा बचाना है, इसलिए एक बार फिर धोका खाने के लिए अमेरिका पाकिस्तान पर भरोसा करने लगा है.
इस बीच अफ़ग़ान पीस टॉक में ड्राफ्ट एग्रीमेंट बनकर तैयार हो चुका है, और 1 सितम्बर तक इसके फाइनल हो जाने की सम्भावना है.
लेकिन IMF बेलआउट और बलोचिस्तान की आजादी के लिए लड़ रहे आर्गेनाइजेशन को बैन करके पाकिस्तान को इनाम मिलना चालू हो गए हैं.
और अब वाइट हाउस में मिलकर राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प प्रधान मंत्री इमरान खान को सबसे बड़ा तोहफा देने वाले हैं.
पाकिस्तान ने जो चाहा, वह उसे मिल गया, लेकिन अमेरिका अभी भी इंतजार कर रहा है. आपको तो पता है, ऐसा कोई पहली बार नहीं हो रहा है. अफ़ग़ान वॉर वर्ष 2001 में चालू हुई थी, तब से लेकर आजतक पाकिस्तान 4 IMF बेलआउट निगल चुका है.
अफ़ग़ानिस्तान की जमीं पर पाकिस्तान के लिए बेलआउट उगते हैं. लेकिन 20 सालों से अमेरिका अफ़ग़ानिस्तान बेलआउट के लिए तरस रहा है.
कुछ इंडियन एक्सपर्ट्स कहते हैं, की तालिबान से बात ना करके, भारत ने बहुत बड़ी गलती की है, अब आप ही बताएं, जब पाकिस्तान ने तालिबान को लगातार पाला पोषा है, तो पाकिस्तान भारत और तालिबान की खुले में बात चीत कैसे होने देगा.
आप सभी ने पढ़ा होगा, इससे पहले की अमेरिका अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को छोड़ पता, भारत की तरफ धमकियाँ आनी चालू हो गयी हैं.
पॉइंट सिंपल है, हमारा यह अपेक्षा करना नादानी होगी, की हमारी सिक्योरिटी के लिए अमेरिका अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में हमेसा अपना पैसा जलाता रहेगा. हमें विश्वास है, की नयी चुनातियों से निपटने के लिए भारत की सेना ने कमर कस ली होगी.
हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए, की रूस और अमेरिका को अफ़ग़ानिस्तान से भगाने के बाद, भारत को कश्मीर से भागता देखना पाकिस्तान का एक मात्रा अधूरा सपना बचा है.
लेकिन कश्मीर के केस में, पाकिस्तान के सपने को हक़ीक़त में तब्दील कभी नहीं होने दिया जायेगा.

Anyways, we have to look at carefully, what has forced Trump administration to change its policy towards Pakistan.
You all know the answer, America is facing presidential election next year. In last presidential campaign, Trump has promised to end the endless war in Afghanistan.
In the hurry to seek withdrawal before next election, President Trump seems not to care about what he may have to face in his second term.
Trump administration is disparately looking for Afghanistan bailout, so that Trump can showcase it as his big success.
You all can recall, President Obama hastily withdrew troops from Iran in the year 2011, Afterwards, what happened in Iraq and Syria, whole world has seen.
